“My concerns were addressed by both the CSR and the technician. Questions were answered and the major problem of slow boot-up appear to have been resolved. . I will be using this service again without hesitation”

“They fixed everything that needed to be fixed. I'm not sure what it needed, though, but I'm told it is fixed, so I will have to trust that it is. They were very polite. I'm just not sure if I am paying too much money for the service, but I cannot be without my computer for business.”

“They solved problems I was having mostly with my printer. It would work for a few weeks or sometimes a few days & then wouldn't print. It's working fine now.”

“They fixed my printer computer problem remotely in about 2 hours.I had tried for about 3 days and I doubt if I could have ever solved the problem my self. They tried to answer my many many stupid questions”

“The prekernel crashed while finalizing the repair. I've waisted 20€ just to roll back my pc to the latest restore point anyways. If you have any idea of what you are doing, just manualy fix your OS.”
