After two hours remote session still have all the issues. I had already done all the steps that technician did on the remote session.

RESTORO never fix my windows problems. Paid for a tool without result. Every time that contacted to support service ANOTHER person replied with tips, all without luck. Problem never solved.

Really didn't have any problem till I loaded this program. I ran a scan it showed a couple small things.Tryed free key to check how program worked.free key didn't work,i think this is a scam to get a subsripshion that I now need

What a rip off. Seems i bought a one time repair licence. The unlimited version is only a few dollars more. But you cant upgrade and have to purchase it again. As I feel I have been duped I wont and will purchase similar from someone else. Also, sent two messages to support and no response, so seems a company not really interested in the customer.

Beware! There are several subscriptions. The cheapest is for a ONE-TIME-ONLY repair! That is far too much. You need to purchase the next subscription up for unlimited.

the program did not do what it said it would. I am out $22 and cannot get rid of restoro. I have had 2 days of trying to get it to work and I am not better that I was before. I am frustrated beyond words.

Such a scam! The person that handled my call to simply activate the software after I purchased it was not only rude, but he tried to charge me another 200 on top of the fee that I already paid. If it were possible I would leave them with no stars.

I have been unable to reach anyone to answer my questions. After the scan, the box will not take my license # to repair. Can't get anyone to respond to my questions. Can't find a telephone number to reach a live person.
