They happily take your money and then don't give you the key to open up the software. I've been messaging them, emailing them, trying to call them, all to no avail. Three hours later, I still have no key. As of tomorrow, I will go into dispute to get my money back. They are charlatans.

if you have 54 buck to wast it the good programme dont even imagine you can do anything with this it does a looooong scan them tell you like an old ransomwhere pay to repaire(54$) for a one time use obviously i didn't pay and i will not. doesnt tell you the error . next time ask for money before not after one hour . a must not have on you're computeur . and i can easily bet that less that 1% of these review are true

After not being able to get my purchased Restoro key to work I called the provided toll free number. The agent I spoke with happily used my key for me and began to scan my computer. I was shown screenshots of broken registry files and a trojan. Instead of Restoro fixing these problems I was referred to a 3rd party who tried to extort $600 out of me for a year plan for remote maintenance. I finally agreed to a one time purchase of $100 remote help. This person spent about an hour looking at optimization and "removing" a virus that I'm still not sure was ever there. A month later my computer still doesn't work correctly and I had to use Malwarebyte to remove Restoro. It's garbage. Do NOT use this service.

Hello! We understand how it is like not to use the free manual repair that our website offers. To use the manual license key: > Once the scan is done, scroll down to the bottom of the results where you see the "I have a license key" box. Enter the license key including the dashes, then click OK. License key: > Click on the "Repair" button for each items found. Once all items are repaired, it will ask to restart the PC to apply the changes. Note: If you intend to use the free manual license key, do not click on "Fix All Items". Clicking on "Fix All Items", it will ask route you to the pricing page as the automatic repair requires a paid license key. > The manual license key is good for a one-time use. I selected the discounted 1 year unlimited support option for $54.95AUD but after going through the payment process I was charged for the 1 time use subscription for $34.95AUD. I suspect this is to trick users into purchasing the one time keys over and over instead of the actual 1 year support. I had already purchased this before thinking it was the 1 year support, but fell for the trick the first time and only now realise the malicious intent of these developers. Despicable treatment of users and money hungry.

I did the free scan and was then told that I would have to pay a fee to finish the repair. I decided that I wanted to pay the fee of $27.95 to repair my laptop. My first red flag was that the receipt stated that it would be a recurring charge as a subscription. This is not what it initially said. In fact, it was clear that it was a one time charge. I went ahead anyway, thinking I could just cancel the subscription. Then I received a message saying I would have to call them to proceed. I did. The woman I talked to seemed as though she was doing all the right things to walk me through the scan. UNTIL THE PITCH. Then she informed me the only way I could get my repair is if I paid around $200 or more and let them work on it for 2 hours. I said no, that I just wanted what I paid for (and I was very polite). She was extremely rude and hung up on me. It was very puzzling. I called to cancel the recurring charge, and again, extremely rude and hung up on me then called me right back two times in a row. So strange! I ended up calling and asking for a refund. Of course, the person hung up on me again. This was the worst customer service I have ever had. To bad too, because I would have liked a service that worked! If I could give it ZERO stars I would.

Its expensive, so i used the free manual version.I used a code and it took me to the junk removal screen or something i tried cleaning everything, then it asked for the code again.I pasted the same code in and it crashed.

Right now I am not happy with Restoro. I run a scan and when I ask to repair then it ask for my password which I got from Restoro which doesn't work. I have paid $399.00 for this and I have to go to the company to get a scan done and repain.

I keep getting bluescreens and this is one the only apps/sites that is trusted and can help me with this, i just don't understand why it isn't free? i know you need to make money off of it but why not 1 free repair per IP?

I am sick and tired of the "bait and switch" tactics of these companies who lead you to believe that the software you downloading is part of a tool designed to fix a problem found in a forum. Only after downloading, installing, and running the program do they announce that its time to get your credit card out and pay. Stop the bait and switch. Pathetic tactics in todays environment!

Bought the one year with one license thinking it would last a year. Turns out I paid 40 bucks for a one time use license. Wording and price point for a one time use license is pretty awful.
