“I was to call to get my key code, but instead they got me on the phone and said my system was a "nice" but it need to be cleaned up manually lots of bad stuff on it. and the cost would be $299.00 to $833.00 and i could make payments all I wanted was something to help clean up my system.”

Hi Cindy, We reviewed the license key under your account and saw that it wasn't activated at all. To make sure that it gets activated accordingly. Kindly follow the below. To download installer and activate software: > Once the scan has completed - Look for something that says "I have license key" > Tick the radio button, this should open a text box to type the key in manually > When typing the key make sure that you include the dash and the letters in their proper cases. > Hit OK and wait for the software to finish the repair. “It should warn people before wasting time scanning that is costs money. A site recommended it to my friend so we had no clue it costed money.”

“tried to use "free manual repair" option but when you hit "fix all issues" you get sent back to the payment page. Don't like having my time wasted - if that is you then avoid.”

“This product has made my computer run slower. It has corrupted files and forced me to reinstall MS Word, I am just waiting to see what does not work next. When I tried to uninstall the program, it would not let me. Calling technical support was no help. Would definitely not recommend it.”

“Doesn´t state the price before loading. Once loaded and run it tricks you to a free cleanup which can be never completed. For that purpose provides a key you can´t copy and once entered does nothing, leaving your pc with a mess & mysterious changes in the register.”

“On the day 16.8.2020 I purchased an unlimited license and assistance for a year of Restoro. Unfortunately, the key sent to me does not work. I requested the key a second time, it was sent to me equal to the previous one but it does not work. What should I do but give a single star!”

“You guys are nothing but a money making scam. "Repair your computer for free" says your ads. Load the program, wait 15 minutes for it to compile a report, click Repair and what do you know? Taken straight to a page where you gotta pay to use! CCleaner does more than your program and it really is free. Restoro uninstalled, filter added to AdGuard to not see your ads ever again.”

“you want review ok no problem here with all pictures about your one time free repair. you are not smart as to steal my time with u scam styla app downloader blogs. they made some blog about jar opening in windows 10 and they gave wrong steps to crush pc and they gave luckily their product link on some blogs to steal time. when you dowload app they search ur computer and they want licence for some money. i search and find 1 time free repair and put the licence key and app waits. i wanna look whats wrong with the pc and clicked repair all. guess what happened. app closes . and u must return all this steps again and again. i gave 3 mail to get free key again and again and again. and nothing on my hand. all pictures are below. now take ur app put it where u want idiots...”

“This software does not work at all. It provided me a list of hardware and other things it checked but when it came to repair, it would not accept my license number and asked for another payment. Very angry at this. I had someone from there on the phone today and he wanted $100 to help me fix this problem. Very poor customer service. Caveat emptor! I wish I could have my money back. Program was of no help whatsoever. Waste of time.”
