This is deceptive. I discovered that I have to pay for a subscription AFTER downloading and installing the program. The pricing plan came up after it had run a scan and detected many faults. I run on Windows 10 and Microsoft should provide this service FREE as they left me no choice to upgrade my PC from Windows 7. It's not right that I have to pay another software developer for something that Microsoft hasn't.

No less than 12 calls over 2 days still not resolved. Paid premium price also. Always tried to fob me off. Took credit card payment . No one can fix or offer compensation or a remedy. Need more training. Or say they can not help.

i am very disappointed. i purchased the plan for year but they subscribed me for one time repair only. Even that so called one time repair did not work at all to fix my PC. i have demanded the refund and have uninstalled the software with so called changes also reverted. but still no response from you guyz yet.

It will accept my licence key. Why is the - 1 license, One time Repair £24.95 the same price as: Unlimited use and Support for 1 year £24.95 ?

I found this "free" application for a W10 gap "0xc1900201". It was promised to solve the problem. The problem was not solved, but they will snap for a "protection" about 30 Euro. No, nowhere a guarantee that it would help, wer was eventually the problem. No trust. I will immediately delete it, if it is not already too late. By Frits

Paid for one year unlimited support about two days ago, used it once now it is asking me to renew it again after this latest crash, been trying along to get my computer to install and uninstall programs, which it won't due, apparently I'm missing some software, ran the restoro twice the day that I bought this plan, honestly I didn't like the automatic payment plan, called to have my name taken off that list, but still paid for a years support, if this company has an interest in making it right my number is (814)873-0620 this number is not to be sold or called for any reason other than this problem.

I paid for their service and received absolutely nothing. I asked for a refund and never received nothing. Only a request for the same amount of money. Don't fall for this it's a scam !!!!!!

Two days back my laptop showed the problem with creating folders and also the right click option of creating the folders disappeared. After searching over the internet for the best possible solution to resolve this issue, I was suggested with installing the Restoro application. After the installation this application diagnosed my laptop and suggested to buy the license for rectifying the errors on my laptop, therefore I purchased the app and it showed me that the problems on the laptop are fixed. I restarted my laptop and found out that the problem still persisted and the services offered by this application didn’t work best for me. Alas, I had to format and reinstall the windows o/s which resolved the problem. After this, I further went on the product website to know about the refund policy and apply for the refund since I was not happy with this software application. I found out that there existed and online form which has to filled up by mentioning the serial key provided and the transaction/receipt number. I followed the same and submitted my request. To my surprise I found out the key was blocked on an immediate basis but I hadn’t got any reply in regards with my refund status or rather to know first about its decision. I believe if the services are taken off completely by blocking the serial key / registration key then my refund should be done with. I am awaiting a positive reply from your end. I found Restoro to be totally inefficient. As a result of using it, my computer slowed down even more. I remove all the Restoro programs immediately.
