Probems after one scan not solved. Second scan on the same day without correction options. Looks fine, good design... Most important not solved problems: win updates not installed.

Don't waste your time. I purchased this thinking it would help. They were so nice as to tell me about the different programs they offered. They just about had me, that is until I gave them $110.00 towards their platinum program and 6 hours later my account was deducted from again. Lucky for me there was only $.97 in the account. But that didn't stop them from taking it. They had 5 different technicians make it sound good scratching their head as to what was wrong. But they were going to get it. When the last guy just ran a loop program and wasted 5 hours of my time. I have sent countless emails about the ordeal only to be told that they didn't take the $.97. Yet my bank and phone both said they did. And I was told by 3 different people it didn't happen. Even though I sent copies of my bank statment. SO many wanting a response that they started sending fake (computer) to "help me". I have recordings of all the disrespectful employees telling me I wasn't looking at what I was looking at. When I finally did get back in touch with a human He didn't listen to one word. He refunded me for the software. WHich wasn't what I intentionally wanted. I wanted my $110.00 back towards the "package deal". I received the $41.90 that same day, But yet to receive my $110.00 or the $.97 after speaking with two poeple that reassured me up and down I would get my refund in 24-48 hours. Guess what folks?? I still don't have it. I will be posting a link to show all I have said here to be true if I don't receive my money in the next 24-48. Pictures and recordings. I record my conversations for quality and legal reasons. Maybe they can use it to train the next batch of people of what not to do..

I did the repair but it did not repair what I wanted it to. I wanted it to repair my chrome and it did everything but that. When I opened the application Restoro it stated that there are issues with my computer. Why would they not fix it all and have to make me pay twice? I would not recommend it.

Restoro did not work for me and I only wanted this old computer fixed once but I had to accept an annual subscription for something that doesn't work. What a POS. Now I need to figure out how to cancel my subscription.

No mention of exorbitant fee until you've downloaded and run program. Then ask for £25.00 to fix the problems it says it has found. No mention of a refund if it fails to live up to its promise.

I am so frustrated. I spent five hours on the phone and spent $300 and what I got was a problem that wasn't fixed. I hope Restoro goes down. They were no help at all. I needed that money for rent. They are so rude.

We are not familiar with words used between one code writer and an other. We had Restoro scan our computer a few times and tell us there were fixes that could be applied if we purchased a repair program. Finally last night after seeing the results of another screen we decided we would purchase your 1 year plan at $145.95. After our payment was completed we had not a clue of what to next for that program that we had just purchased to begin applying the needed fixes to our computer. For a full/complete 3 hours we tried to click on any button that might help us get the program working. There was no HELP button to click on. We as 80 year olds were faced with nothing in writing before us that would give us a hint of what to do or to connect us to someone to help us get started. Today, when we open our email there was a message from Restoro which seem to let us clik on the program doing a scan. We did that. Once the scan was done we hoped for a button to appear that would start the fixing of problem. BUT, all that appear was a request for us again to purchase your program. There was no sense that your system recognized us a paid customer. Later today we had a message come from you or Outlook, we are not sure asking us to make a choice which we had again no clue what to do. What we did see was for the 1sr time a phone number for your customer service. We are too stressed at this time. I had my 4th heart attack 3 weeks ago. We will try and phone you on Monday to find out how we can have the Restoro repair service for 1 year begin to make the fixes you suggest. We are sorry to be a problem. When we are near our children, 6 engineers and a nurse. We can ask them to look at our computer. But the nearest of the 7 childen is 3 hours away. scammed . go to the buy option and it is already highlighted on the year sub. but go to check out and it changes to the 1 time only use , so dont be foolish like me and trust them make sure you read it before actually paying . i paid 26 for one time use when i could have paid 4 pound more for a year unlimited no brainer eh lol ... scammers . doubt this review will stay up but i will continue to copy paste this review everywhere for as long as i can , to help the genuine people out there with not a lot of cash to throw away on a pc repair. thanks for nothing restoro

It's been 2 weeks now since you went on to my computer and is now worse than before. You upcharge me over $500.00 for an extended plan and when I tried to contact your company to have my computer fixed the email came back. I tried calling the number and it has been disconnected. This is a scam and I have contacted my cc company, Google and my bank and I'm not finished.
