Bought the licence key and ran restoro through my laptop on the 12/1/2021 It has completely ruined my HP laptop which is only 18 months old. The laptop is in a never ending safe mode loop and I can't log in as an administrator to try and make changes, including deleting it. Be wary of the possibility it can trash your laptop.

Spent a lot of money which turns out to have been unnecessary, had I simply been advised not to leave the computer on for hours but to turn it off when not being used. I could not access my email, either to send or receive. The software appeared to have been messed up . Your technician spent ages going through the machine, and told me the fault was a virus. As soon as I finished with him the email software jammed again, so It wasn’t a virus in the first place. I was misled. Once I started turning off the computer I have had no problem. I

grosse arnaque , payé TROIS LICENCES , je n'en ai qu'une n payé 40 euros 75 a Noel pour 3 licences pendant 1 an , j'ai eu un type au teléphone qui me dit que j'en ai payé qu'une a 20 euros et que le reste , ce sont des taxes , je sais trés bien que j'ai coché pour trois , sur le courrier , il me mettent merci pour l'achat des licences licence 1 XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX et les autres pas là je suis dégoutée , GROSSE ARNAQUE !!!!!

Found plenty of problems on my computer; tried to see what it could do 'before' I bought a year's worth. As soon as entered the 'free' license key, it stopped working. 'Full disclosure' .. I tried the 'free support' and didn't pay anything.

Paid for option 2 unlimited use & support 1yr sent license key for one use only ! sent 2 x email with my problem no reply can no longer use it for any of the so called repairs as my license key is now invalid! who in their right mind would only pay for a single use option when it is only £3 cheaper dont make sense! now informing my credit card of this deception

Didn't fix error 19 on windows 10. Windows explorer doesn't recognize DVD drive although it shows on device manager which indicates error 19. Money wasted.

first I dried to download it and it didn't work. Then I followed your advice and copied the Keyword. but it didn't keep it. when I dried to paste it nothing came up. the I forgot to write down the phone Number for help , I forgot to do it, and now the website is gone. Thnak God you didn't cash my money from the information I typed into the website. the price was good. (would have been ok.) Michael PS. Now there is no button to send this off.

Reduced price of $29.95 for a one-time repair, which did not work, is expensive. I thought I had use of the software for one year (and it did not resolve my problem). A McAfee scan would have resolved the privacy issues. What a waste of money!

Don't trust their product. These reviews aren't accurate. Do your research. When their software doesn't work, their tech tells you the only way they can help is if you spend $250 to $300 and pressure people.

I seemed have paid three times for the same service. I'd appreciate the refund you promised. Now I find I need enter a key to use the sofware and I can't find a way of retrieving the key or keys! The program insists that I need to scan my computer at drop of a hat. Why is still not built into my Windows system. Let me out pf here!!!
