bait and switch for sure....buy for 43 bucks with unlimited support. then they remote desk top into your puter and find thousands of things wrong and want $250 more to fix it....only good thing is i demanded a refund and they said they would issue it..we shall see

you said this would be free. I have gotten two new license keys in addition to the license key from my lap top. It seems like you want me to pay. I will not. fix it please

This happens to me every time I think you are going to help me you start analyzing then it stops,it wants money I should know better but I don't see a price list and now I feel I need to get this so I do only to find out I need to upgrade.I now have wasted time downloading this app and writing this..When will I learn ......

I had to pay twice as the 1st download wouldn't work.It is still not working.I think i will now need to take my computer to an expert to solve my problem.I cant believe i've wasted so much time on what seems to be a scam.

Terrible, terrible, terrible! Not able to access service. Put on hold for an hour. During this wait time, I had to identify at least 20 pictures to prove that I was not a robot. Though I have a License Key, I never spoke to a real person, except on one occasion. However, our session was cut short before the problem was resolved, and I was not able to reach her again. While I was on hold, waiting for service, over & over, I was referred back to the original screen and encouraged to pay again for the plan that I already have, & that was already paid. The one person that I succeeded in reaching was very knowledgeable, helpful and nice. However our session was prematurely cut short before the problem was resolved, and I was not able to reconnect with her, or any other "real person" again. Overall, Restoro has been a waste of my money, my time, and of my expectations for help. I do not know why such a reputable company as HP would partner with such an organization I would thus appreciate a refund. Thank You.

What a rip off. I have purchased this software and received a key, but it only shows n my screen for a "blip" not long enough to apply it in the space, however, it allows me to purchase over ad over again. What a stinkin' rip off.
