For 6 months I have been trying get any one of the bloody keys I have been sent to activate the program. I have uninstalled the program a number of times, I even left it for 3 months, before Idownloaded the program again and requested new keys only to be sent the old ones so I have used them and the bloody program tells me all the keys are invalid. I would like to review the program but I can't because all the bloody keys are invalid!! I am wondering if this is just a scam because I have never been able to get Restoro to repair anything.

Not sure how to rate Restro as yet,I will rate good if my problem is solved,the problem I'm having is my PC takes a long time to start up,then it is slow running,I have miss placed my log in details,so need your assistance please, looking forward to hearing from you thanks

How dare you pretend you are going to help fix problems on my computer with no mention of a fee until after the program has been downloaded and scanned my entire computer!!!! You should be ashamed of your BAIT AND SWITCH LIES!!!

scam!!!! I buy Unlimited Use and Support for 1 year!!!! and I can use this only once!!!! now it is asking me for new key and support send me old one that dont work!!!! This is SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A nightmare. Can't get rid of it. When i go to mt web browser on comes Restoro Support trying to sell me another package. Can't get rid of it. Wish i never heard of them.

It is described the product is a free trial and after installation, it pops up a request for a license key, that has to be purchased. However, after the purchase and running Restoro it doesn't make any difference with my device, still was the same. I tried to run it several times and some of the loadings say can be run only in Safe mode, other time is not requesting Safe mode, in some moments works until some point and stops running. It is offered with the purchase a free manual repair but once i contacted the support team i was told i have issues with my laptop that the software can't repair and need to be done by technician firs, wasn't mentioned and offered to me the free manual repair support but to bring it to a local shop or to pay for 1 year £300 for service that was ok to be done same moment i spoke on the phone. I literally explained that i know about issues with my laptop, not awarded deeply if any malicious or viruses, even i had my internet security software and ranrun it often, why i want it to try Restoro , as it seems to be exactly what i needed and is described, expected to remove all the unwanted threats and fix it as it is described, without any excluding in or out of the system. I haven't received the expected support about the Restoro, but things went further as i downloaded the VPN on offer for £13.99 and later on i realized i was charged £14.24 excluding VAT. The issue with VPN purchase is not only charging different prices from the exposed one, but it does not come to any notification the transaction is successful, but only reload of the site and i told is not purchased, so i realized was billed 3 times. Within 15 mins It didn't come to my email with any activation information and link at all that i can activate my VPN, as it says in the email, but only receive with the payment. I did ask the guy to support me with that, but he said he can, but is not point to activate the VPN before repairing my device, and again he starts telling me the offer of £300 for 1 year of technician support. I spoke again to the customer service supervisor about the full refund for the VPN, which i still not having access and for the Restoro that is not what is described, as i'm not willing to pay and use a product that doesn't do its work. I'm really frustrated about all this complicated process and the time i have to spend on emails and phone calls.

Comme tout les arnaques, une fois le pc scan ont vous demande de payer. La version gratuite vous demande une réparation manuelle, ci vous avez trouvé cette solution, c'est que vous n'arrivez pas manuellement à corriger les problèmes. C'est le cas typique du chien qui se mord la queue. À fuir !

If i could put no star I would. I won't recommend Restoro to anyone, their after sales service is non existent. They quick to bill you, but don't respond at all to any issues you may have. Totally useless

Immediately after install and reboot the computer locked up - released, took forever to boot-up. The taskbar was absent - blank - then nonresponsive for half a min or more when populated. In chrome locked up - won't open - or take several seconds (over 30 secs) to open. None of this happened prior to purchasing Restoro. I have driver update needs that existed prior to Restoro, but never (NEVER) did my computer take more than a couple seconds to do anything. My call back got an immediate response from a new teck claiming my computer was the problem for all the NEW ISSUES occuring instantly after the RESTORO download and fix. I expected a few bumps and bruises while working with the new program - but not an accusatory suggestion from the people who just minutes early were happy to take my money. Hopefully, I can fix whatever they did while remotely installing and spending 30 or 40 minutes trying to UPSELL me to a far more expensive program. 5 minutes to install - nearly 40 minutes STRONGLY suggesting my computer needed the much more expensive RESTORO program. I think this is mostly an UPSELL product.

If I could give a zero, I would. I have tried multiple times to run the repair and it never works, both with the free version and the one I paid over $30 for. Safe mode didn't even open up af ter I entered the key. And the program is blocking me from opening photos that are already saved to my laptop. What a waste of money and effort! I found positive feedback about Restoro on line before I paid for it, but it turned out to be a big disappointment and a waste of my money. I would like a refyund.
