“Hello there' The code that you were referring to did not go through. and phone no, is changed to 07405551785. all I wanted s onetime prescription and my Word document to be repaired or hidden saved files to be retrieved. It is only one file copied into many folders to check which one is the latest. I do not havethe files that you have listed all I have MS word files. If you cannot repair the Microsoft files, then I have to look for another company. Thanks”

“I purchased a once-off Restoro on the 8th June 2021. My understanding was - still is once Restoro had"fixed" the problems your laptop is 100% because all software has been restored which caused the problem in the first place. Today 18 June 2021 Restoro wanted to do a scan - so yes I did one.. Guess what! the same issues that were detected in the first scan popped up again. My laptop is still as slow as before the "fix" I want to uninstall this Restoro because it's definiately NOT working an they going to keep trying to extract more money from me. MOST DISAPPOINTED especially after reading all the raving reviews.. Really another Restoro found Maleware ?? should have been fixed the frist time around.”

“I'm happy for those on here if they are real people as my experience with Restoro is far below the one star I have given them. From lodging an issue online foe a product key issue to no response from them after 48 hours ( they say 24/7 service mind you) to wanting to take remote control of my computer to hanging up the phone line on 3 separate occasions, sending me an e.mail to solve my problem, (3 hours ago) all without giving me the courtesy to explain what issue I was having. They say that they record calls for training etc... I wonder on the training feedback to my call..!!”
