I charged a cr card for a subscription. The license IDs were sent but before I could even read them, the page disappeared. I did not know how to retrieve the page. I could not find a telephone number so I sent a request to SUPPORT to resend the information. No response. But the promo keeps popping up on my screen - incessantly.

My experience with RESTORO was terrible. The Tech I spoke with name is Jeffrey. His English was not so good and he spoke really fast so he was hard to understand. I purchased the Premium Package which was $46.25 total, at least that's what I thought, I had to call a number to get the key code. When I made contact with Jeffery he explained to me that he had to do a scan of my computer. I was not on board with that and I asked him for the key code for the package that I purchased specifically. He refused to provide the key and stated I didn't need it because if and when I log in the system it would be there automatically. He said the scan was necessary to determine if in fact RESTORO could fix my problem. Against my better judgment I allowed him remote access to my computer and he began his scam I mean scan. When the scan was complete about 8-10 minutes later he began to explain all these things that were infected, out of date, files that were missing, files that were corrupt and files that were lost. I asked him if RESTORO would help me load a driver for a scanner I was trying to use and he answered no, because it was from a third party. At that point I was finished and told him I wanted a refund since I expected RESTORO to fix my issue, which it stated it could do and guaranteed it could do. So Jeffery went into the salesman mode and continued to try to sell me his product over and over and over, until it was annoying. Finally after about 15 minutes he realized that I was not going to buy his products so we hung up. Later that day when I went to use my computer I restarted it and it done absolutely nothing. Once the monitor started up that was it, nothing else. RESTORO the company had crashed my computer intentionally because I didn't and wouldn't buy their products. Unprofessional and low don dirty. I wouldn't indorse this product if they paid me.

This company is an out and out scam. Same experience as other 1 star reviews. Pay for activation and license key doesn't work. Phone support and give them access to computer to eventually (1 hour +) have them inform me they can fix it for $250. Total BS. Won't return $41 I've thrown away - never could scan computer with their program despite numerous attempts to even activate. BUYER BEWARE - this is for you - I've already lost. Makes you wonder how legit the good reviews are????

I am surprised at all the stunning reviews. I had a terrible experience and would not recommend this program to anyone. My computer was working but I lost a file that I had been working on for a long time and wanted to see if they could find it. I paid for the program but could not understand how it worked. I called and spoke with Robin. He spent over an hour and got inside my computer, supposedly to help me. He told me that my computer was a mess and told me I had to pay an additional fee to get it working. When I refused to pay a further fee, he told me I would be very sorry as no other person would be able to assist me. I hung up and my computer never worked again. I did get a refund which told me that they were guilty of the crime. I still have a computer that will do very little. Today I spoke with a professional and he advised that they could still get into my computer and put on dangerous files. Imagine my surprised when I read all the reviews with raving reviews. Was I the only person with a bad experience? I really don’t believe this, I feel it was a scam trying to get old people to fall for their demands. Restoro charged my brother $500 for the 24/7 computer service repair and maintenance that includes paid Anti virus software and a VPN connection for 2 years in March. In July my brother passed away and has refused to issue any credit to his estate for the remaining 1 1/2 years lefts on his contract. It took me 20 min to get to someone who could even answer my questions on the phone. This is despicable that even death doesn’t warrant a reasonable credit.

I spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with support. I was told that the Open GL 2.0 driver issue was taken care of, and spent another bit of time while while support tried to talk me into purchasing more protection. When we got off the call I rebooted the system and found that I still had the original Open GL2.0 issue. What I needed was not taken care of and now I am being told that I will have to wait for as much as 72 hours to get an email on a refund.

Dosen't work as advertised and then before you know it you've blown your money. Save your money and bite the bullet and just do a windows recovery or even a complete system restore to factory settings.

Restoro repaired my PC. There was no follow-up call after repair. They did not call me at arranged meeting time. I have sent 2 emails and one online request with no answers. Restoro just disappeared after repair. My worry now is have they taken some of my personal information. Thomas Pate

I have been a Restoro user for 1 year (my license expires in 3 days). I renewed the license today and I received the 3 keys, but the program does not open the field for entering the keys. Called to activate, no big deal, expected a code or something, but they need remote access, does not work well. Plus my phone service is bad and my internet speed is slow. Remote access did not go well, very laggy. Got mad because I just wanted to activate it and not spend another $199 for the bronze plan. The program seems to be fine, seems like it helped stop the random freezing already. My only problem. Not sure why the bronze plan was needed. Would have gave it more stars if the tech support did not get so angry while activating the software. Will NEVER call back or try to contact again. Sorry for wasting your time buying this program. Would not have bought.

After several hours on the phone without satisfaction I cut my losses and purchased another computer. Apart from the initial cost I have no idea what I have committer myself for. Overall it was an unpleasant experience which has yaught me a costly lesson.
