I installed and ran Restoro, afterwhich I decided to purchase a one-time use for $20 some dollars. I was instructed to call a 1-888 number to activate my product. I called the number, four times. Each time, before I could complete my activation I would get disconnected. When I commented to one of the "Specialist" that Restoro must be a penny outfit because their phone system kept disconnecting, I was advised that Restoro was a Billion dollar business and than I was promptly disconnected again. When the "Specialist" called me back, I advised her to cancel my subscription because I did not want to do business with a company that can't even manage their phone system. They are obviously not a Billion Dollar Business! Who wants to do business with a company that requires you to call them to activate your installation? Every time I purchase software, I receive an activation code which I use to Activate my product. Can anything be simpler than that? Why require a person to call a live agent that can't even stay on the line? Why use this arduous process. This is obviously a company to avoid.

Took my money. Gave me a license key. Clicked on "Repair" and it Turned off. No repair. Tried Multiple times. Waited a few days till I know they took my PayPal money. Tried again. Again, scanned, but No repair. Filed a complaint. Received a confirmation and Ticket. Then nothing. Hmm, what is it called when they take your money and dont provide the service?

I am attempting to download Restoro, yet even though they say there is a free version, I only get a price page with three offers. The problem I needed solved was because three numbers on my keyboard with will not work. Thus I cannot enter my credit card number. If there is a free version why am I not able to get it?

Hello Doyle, Purchasing the software is optional as there is also an available free manual repair. Simply log on to www.restoro.com/pricing and look for something that says "free manual repair" fill in the details and we'll send you a free key via email. Simply register the email you would like to receive the license key with and you're good to go! If you intend to use the free manual license key, do not click on "Fix All Items". Clicking on "Fix All Items", will ask route you to the pricing page as the automatic repair requires a paid license key. You may also use the On-Screen Keyboard when some of your keys do not work. Go to Start , then select Settings > Ease of Access > Keyboard, and turn on the toggle under Use the On-Screen Keyboard. Should the need arise please do not hesitate to contact us anytime. Terrible customer services on the phone and access to my computer: The 1st one was unprofessional, using degrading and humiliating tones to talk to the customer. I had to call back but the 2nd representative was no better either. She kept putting me on hold while doing her own things at the same time. When I asked her what she was doing on my computer, she said she had to consult with the technical team. I asked what was it. She lied to me and said that she wanted to see if the Restoro program was compatible with my computer. I said my computer is Window 10. What compatibility were you talking about. Then she realized she couldn't fool me. After that, she deleted the scanning in my computer, which had already initiated for an hour. She just deleted without asking me. When I confronted her, she began defensive and said she had to cancel the agreement. I wonder do these customer service representatives know what they are doing. Have they been trained? Will the manager look into these matters?

I bought the Premier Protection package. Whenever it goes to 'fix', it always redirects me to the 'pay page', like I haven't paid. It then tells me what's wrong with my computer but DOESN'T FIX IT, JUST REDIRECTS ME TO THE PAY PAGE. I'm getting sick of this and I WANT IT FIXED. I HAVE A LICENCE NUMBER. I EVEN TALKE, BY CHAT, TO A SUPPORT PERSON AND IT STILL ISN'T FIXED.

Rating and review is limited to the FREE trial version, and payment issues for paid versions. Initial look and feel, and simplicity was good. The scan and identification of issues seemed good. I was looking to troubleshoot an issue with Civilization VI application that started a week ago and beyond identifying the crash logs to clean, it identified a worm, W32/KDE.Silly.A, tied to the application's install folder. However, the button to repair this issue manually did not function and trial version information suggested it should be supported. I was able to address another similar threat identified by the tool, yet received no loop feedback from the tool as to why the button didn't do anything for this specific worm. I had already noticed there are major glitches in scrolling in the scan report, it constantly returns you to a thumbnail rather than letting you scroll through freely. This was exacerbated when I tried to launch it in safe mode as I remembered manually removing malware otherwise in a locked state for being tied to a process that would always relaunch itself. I thought maybe this was why the removal button didn't work so I gave it a shot. The scan report interface scroll bug renders any manual removal, which is all that is supported in the free trial, virtually impossible in Safe Mode. I'm fine if it's not supported by a trial version, I just want transparency in the tool rather than shady ways to force me into a purchase to enable the "repair all button" to work around interface defects. Lastly, the payment options seemed shady and unclear about whether the 1 year service was a one time license that could be repeated upon expiry, or an automatic yearly renewal withdrawal charged to your account or credit card unless cancelled. The website fee seemed like it would be paid as a one time for one year, but the paypal payment actually priced /year, hinting at recurring payment. Given that the average person only very rarely actively makes use of such software, it is very easy to lose track of recurring payments. This seemed predatory.

Anscheinend Betrug, Ich habe die Premium Version erworben, aber ausser einem Scan des PCs mach das Programm nichts, es wird nicht repariert! Bei einem ANruf des Supports wird ein Rückruf versprochen, der nicht erfolgt. Also offensichtlich Betrug.

The program is not good it cannot fix errors in normal mode and always requires safe mode and if I have work on the computer how can I waste my time with four or five times it requires a reboot and also reads the anti-virus program as a malware how is this I am not happy with the performance of this program and now I reinstall the windows to try it does not accept the code to activate it (license invalid ) I really regret buying this program
