Contacted them to register their software, persuaded me to go for a cover for 3 years repairs which could be done remotely. I let them control my laptop for a couple of hours and they said the problems were fixed and asked me to confirm, as the fault was intermittent I couldn't actually do that. Anyway 2 days later my machine froze and I couldn't do anything on it. I reported this online and a day later had an email acknowledgement. However that was two weeks ago so I'm now trying to get my money back. Rubbish firm.

People do yourself a favor save your money and this comes from a trusting person whom got bent over and taken for a ride. A company is only as good as their customer service and their tech support. Let me tell you the customer service sucks and the tech support sucks even worse! I had the unfortunate experience of allowing one of their tech support people taking control of my computer. For 5 hours she tied up my computer and after the 5 hours was up she resolved nothing! She told me that there was a bug in the program and I would get an email from tech support when it's resolved. Well it's about a month now and I've gotten several emails but nothing with relevance to a solution. I have demanded a phone call numerous times and not one yet. This is what I get for trusting. Never again! Stay far away from this company and that software because as it screwed up my laptop it will certainly screw yours up also!!

I have an error code 0x800f0831. The google search said that Restoro could fix my issue. I paid the $27+ dollars and it did not fix my issue. I called the 800 number and it hangs up on my saying "sorry, an issue has occured". I went back and tried to do the software again and it says my code is no longer valid. I am done. Lost my money. No fix to computer.

I ran Restoro free scan and as expected it tried to sell me the product. No problem in paying for something I use. I purchased the 1 time fix key and went back to did another scan and inserted key. After pressing the correct the issues button it returned me to the sales ad page and tried to sell me the platinum edition and wouldn't do anything more. I tried 3 times with the same results (also as expected). I complained to Restoro (notice there are no phone numbers or physical address - another scam alert) didn't hear back from them for 3 days ("we'll get back to you within 24 hours") and told them I wanted my payment refunded. Days later they got ahold of me and told me they want to send me a survey - never got that either. Today I bought IOLO System Mechanic and ran it. Computer runs like a charm. Problems corrected. I still want my money back from Restoro.

Restoro said that I had the Malware and trojan virus in my computer and show a snapshot of a list that did show that. Concerned about my computer T took the $200.00 plan. They said all was cleaned up!! Two days later I had trouble excessing my bank so I had tech support at the bank help. Turns outs the cookies were never cleaned up!! NOW, WHY didn't Restoro clean that up? They claimed they did when in fact the didn't doo anything, just took my money. SCAM? I don't know but I can't in good conscious recommend this to anyone.

Spent 2 hours after Restoro completed with your Rep trYing to get back in to my computer to no avail. It was nearly 10 Pm est. Tried twice the next day to contact your tech waited all day. No call back 11/22/21. Today I called in a local tech who to told me to get rid of Restoro We have still are not able to restore the computer. You folks are not as you advertise. RFW. cc BBB

This is AWEFUL! What should have taken 30 minutes has turned into more than 3 hours and it is STILL processing at 70%. What a waste of time! These reviews are cooked. Don't buy this product!

i GIVE THIS APP A MINUS 1. I PAID GOT THE ACTIVATION KEY. IT SAID I COULD COPY AND PAST. WOULD NOT LET ME DO THAT. AFTER ENTERING THE KEY i WENT TO THE PROGRAM AND IT SENT ME BACK TO PAY AGAIN. TRIED TO USE THE SUPORT LINK AND NOTHING... -1 STAR

I have had a nightmare. The took the money. I didn't get a key. The messages they gave me said, contact support. I have been unable to get a response except. "Client not in DB" I assume that means they don't have me in their data base. They still have my money.

I installed and ran Restoro, afterwhich I decided to purchase a one-time use for $20 some dollars. I was instructed to call a 1-888 number to activate my product. I called the number, four times. Each time, before I could complete my activation I would get disconnected. When I commented to one of the "Specialist" that Restoro must be a penny outfit because their phone system kept disconnecting, I was advised that Restoro was a Billion dollar business and than I was promptly disconnected again. When the "Specialist" called me back, I advised her to cancel my subscription because I did not want to do business with a company that can't even manage their phone system. They are obviously not a Billion Dollar Business! Who wants to do business with a company that requires you to call them to activate your installation? Every time I purchase software, I receive an activation code which I use to Activate my product. Can anything be simpler than that? Why require a person to call a live agent that can't even stay on the line? Why use this arduous process. This is obviously a company to avoid.
