calling 888 # a very rde sounding man anser me and treated me in unprofessionprogram manner. He sounded like I should know everything to activate the the product and I asked the reason to take over my computer I hung up, please remove me from this bad experience.

It’s a scam. I payed for it to try fixing my BSOD issues and it said it did something. After a reboot and second scan it said it found hundreds more issues and asked me to pay a second time. If it fixed stuff like it said two scans in a row should either not find different things of you shouldn’t have to buy it more than once in the same hour.

Does not work at all. Always sends error messages and I can´t do anything with it. Does not start even with many correct captcha confirmations. It does not even send any mention to the support contact. It is a total failure.

Ich habe das Programm am 19.08.2021 m9t der Bestell-Nr. 28011058-27982299 zum Preis von38,02 € lt. Werbeangebot gekauft und per PayPal bezahlt. Ich habe auch eine Lizenz 28011058-278982299-qgrx8 erhalten, die aber nicht funktioniert. Bei Eingabe dieser Nr. soll ich das Produkt erneut kaufen. Dazu bin ich aber nicht bereit. Mit der Ticket Nr. GVQ-250-35923 habe ich das Produkt reklamiert. Da nichts passierte habe ich am 28.09.2021 mein Geld zurück gefordert. Bis heute (12.10.2021) habe ich kein Antwort (auf deutsch) erhalte. Ich habe beide mal nur ein Eingangsbestätigung für meine Reklamationsanfrage erhalten. Ich fordere Sie nochmals zur Erstattung des Kaufpreises bzw. zur Zusendung einer funktionierenden Lizenz auf.

I wasn't impressed with the service I received and wasn't wanting the pressure to purchase the extra services. In the end I now have a computer which is worse of than when I first called and I still don't have a working computer nor have they call me back but only suggested more plans for support. But still not getting the support I asked for.

I kept pasting in the key code but it kept taking me back to the purchase screen- is it really free or is that just a way of getting me frustrated enough to go ahead and pay for it - not nice!

I spent at least 16 hours of my time over 4 or 5 days and they did not resolve my issue. I was connected to a number of tech who were very hard to understand and the last one was really hard, and his kids were screaming in the background and I could not focus , besides he called me at 10 P.M. when I was sleeping but was supposed to call me at 10 A.M. ! No one ever called me again ! I have been calling Restoro for over a week leaving my name and number because they were too busy to answer my call and they again never called me back. I feel I have not received very good service from your company and feel I have been cheated out of my $265 . I am not sure where I should go with my complaints, my American Express and see what they can do or the BBB. Please respond

Have used 1 month of my YEAR subscription and program is now rejecting my registration code. Support links now only lead to "Purchase" pages. PLEASE DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE.

I have sent several messages for help and never heard back so will try this. I purchased the program and never received an invoice or code to activate it so I have paid for it but cannot get the Key to activate it and repair the problems. Can someone help?? Having paid for the year, never received the Licence Key?? Attempted to contact via 3 emails, 2 calls and their robot thing...etc. nothing?!! I am now looking to PayPal to retrieve my payment, what a total waste of time money & effort

I purchased Restoro about a year ago. It will scan my computer regularly, but if any repairs need to be made, the license key sent in my purchase email never works. I've called and emailed several times; and am kept on hold over 20mins. I don't have time for that!

YOUR SOFTWARE WAS NOT AVAILABLE WHEN I NEEDED IT. I DO NOT KNOW WHO YOU ARE, WHERE YOU ARE, OR WHAT YOU ARE. THE ONE THING I DO KNOW IS SCAMMERS ARE ALL OVER THE INTERNET AND I AM TIRED OF BEING SCAMMED.

After telling the rep I would disconnect the call if they tried to upsell me....two hours later she hit me with a $299.00 repair option. This is a total scam.. McAfee to boot.
