“I get a key holder number provided and when I want to use it the do free repairs it tells me it (the number) is incorrect. having tried unsuccessfully four times, I presume you don't want clients to have any free repairs.Wonder what would happen if I took the Prmier option?”

“In a nutshell: Restoro did not fix Windows 10 Pro issue and directions provided by tech support did not work either. I found a technician online who provided 5 step fix that worked like a charm .. PC is now working as it should. I requested refund on the second day after purchase and now they are telling me that a refund will be processed within 2 billing cycles. This has been a disappointing experience.”

“When I initially purchased Restoro, I learned my problem wasn't cleared. I called the service number and was helped very quickly. My cost was refunded and I bought a more complete service package and we proceeded from there. After a few hours, the main functions were restored but I realized my hostories were missing. I called back and Restoro restored my documents in a timely fashion.”
