“Karla did an excellent job repairing my laptop. She actually put an ad blocker on my laptop to stop those annoying ads from popping up. She cleaned up my computer and was very nice and knowledgeable.”

“I do not know enough about computers to comment on how well the technician did his job but the spurious emails I was receiving have now gone so he must have been good.”

“The technicians were very helpful in that the problems, and there were several, are fixed. It's just that I've had at least four occasions to call to correct problems AFTER I subscribed. And the repairs lasted a long time until I finally was referred to a senior tech who resolved issues rather quickly compared to the hours I spent previous occasions. Then, I got this weird charge or bill from a company called Paddle.com that came out of nowhere right after I subscribed to Restoro; had to track down their info and they said Restoro uses their services. WHAT??? Don't recall Restoro ever mentioning a company called Paddle, and why are they charging me??? Anyway, I do appreciate that my laptop problems were finally resolved. THANK YOU ESPECIALLY TO THE SENIOR TECH who tied up loose ends. Also, the subscription is kind of expensive, especially if you don't run into problems....”

“You asked for a referral after I spent about 6.5 hours with y'all controlling my computer to do a deep dive to fix stuff. The guy did a lot of uploading and downloading and I do not question his efforts. But, we had a scheduled phone call to make sure my full external back-up worked. The back-up did not work nor did the phone call happen. I left an event to be back at my computer for this call. A total of about 8 hours of my time and I paid for this service. Not good so far.”

“Came across this service by accident while researching how to speed up a suddenly slow computer after other means were exhausted. After offering a price that I knew was too good to pass on, I decided to take a risk and let them have a crack at my problem. They were very good and fast at correcting my problem. Definitely will use them again in a pinch! Thanks again!!”
