“I've been using Restoro for a little while now and other than running the periodical checks they suggest, I've had no call to otherwise interact with them. Recently however, I've suffered some pretty serious privacy and other issues that made a bit of a mess of my computer. I've been in touch with Restoro twice in the last week or so and on both occasions their attendance on me has been superb. On this occasion I was well looked after by Jay S and I do mean 'well looked after'. I couldn't expect or ask for anything more. How good is it these days to be treated to some good old fashioned (and competent) personalized service - I'm really stoked. Jay spent a long time getting my computer back in good order and please accept my word, it now flies with the eagles. Thanks ever so much Jay. I rest much easier tonight. You are a genuine asset to Restoro and I sincerely hope they recognize that and remunerate you accordingly. For anyone interested in Restoro, do what I've done and pay the extra for the 'super duper' service. You'll be so pleased you did when you run into trouble. That's it from me. I can only but highly and most honestly recommend Restoro. And again, Thank you Jay S. I wish you well. Kind regards to all at restoro, Barry Walden.”

“I have for almost days tested almost everything but my computer with Windows 10 can no longer find my external hard drives. Everything disappeared when I was about to do a disk cleanup. I suspect there is something wrong with Windows search. Tested Restoro to hopefully find what is wrong but nothing got better.”

“I paid for Restoro by Visa; then Restoro collapsed because when I tried to download at the 1,3,3 indication the numbers did not come down low enough on my screen so that I could properly hit the download. If I tried to minimize screen so that I could hit download , the whole screen disappeared instead of getting smaller. Please HELP>”

“Both Kristin (initial contact) and then Arjay were outstanding. Kristin was pleasant on phone conversations and moved me over to Arjay who was superb. Managed to sort out my issues in no time flat. Asked all relevant questions that I understood and could respond to so he was able to do what was needed. I'm very thankful to both for their first rate service attitudes and capabilities. “It is a continual loop back to the purchase site, wanting more money even with an activation key. Complaint filed with credit card company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It should have less than 1 star but this is the minimum.”

“This is the second maintenance session with Restoro. my machine was dealt with by Eunice S. She guided me through the process with great patience and her skill was obvious in dealing with my machine. She also proved her acumen in selling me future maintenance and protection for both my and my partners machine. I am optimistic that any future IT glitches will be promptly dealt with. “The only problem that I had, is that this started at 11.00 am on Tuesday Morning, and it is just finished now. The Technicians are very helpful and polite , but seem to have a very big workload, as it just seemed to take a long time as some programs they download are finished, but it take a long time for them to respond.”

“I have used Restoro since September 2021, was a bit weary at first,but getting more use to restoro now, it’s good to see these health checklist being done, and at what intervals I want them done. They have been straight forward ,and the staff very helpful and pleasant to deal with,I have not thought to ask I hope and sure they will let me know if there was anything I should know off. “I believe that your technicians have saved my computer from sure disaster. Computer was NEw and yet had 3300 issues when they took over and cleaned it up. They were both very friendly, and knowledgeable and patient. I would recommend Restoro to anyone with issues with their computer. Thanks Restoro techs, you were awesome.”

“y here service was GREAT the first 3 months, the staff know there job and what there doing. i have to give then credit for knowing there job. But what I DON^T LIKE IS THEY WONT CALL U BACK TO WORK ON MY COMPUTER. THEY SAY THEY WILL CALL BACK. BUT I BELIEVE THERE TO BUSY THEY FORGET. OTHER WISE THEY ALL ARE GOOD IN FIXING MY COMPUTER”
