“It is an excellent program; BUT I could not get help with re-installation after my computers crashed. Neither I could receive a reply to my email sent to dpo, nor could I receive any help from the other channels on the internet after I pleaded for help. A few minutes ago, I tried to use the program again. Somewhere, somehow I saw a link, 'already have license'. I closed Restoro, and I proceeded to copy my license. When I went back to run Restoro again, I could no longer find the location where to click to paste my license. I am so sorry for the negative experience, because I highly value the features.”

“The laptop is brand new but had old version of Windows 10. I paid local agent much money to upgrade Windows 10 but printer did not work. I contacted you and have paid £160 for removal of Adware and I have maintenance Contract for 2 years on this laptop- now printer seems ok.”

“Restoro cleaned my computer of malware, cleaned up my files, installed an anti-virus, and even got my printer functioning properly: i had not been able to get the proper drivers installed for my printer for a long time now. Restoro did a great job for me!”

“unbelievably professional service provided by this team of truly gifted engineers, they are what you need to correct any viral infiltration or software problems that you will overlook before your computer memory develops Alzheimer's on you . I would after my heading a team of my British Aerospace robotics repair engineers in the late 1990's .highly recommend these guys ,for any computer software repairs, and very professionally executed.”

“I purchased the software and was told I'd receive the license key in an e-mail shortly after my purchase. I purchased that software last week but I don't have access to use it. I sent many notices that I haven't received a reply not one reply. I even told them I was going to the BBB. I've put in for a refund as well. They certainly haven't treated me with any kind of respect. I told them I needed to fix my computer ASAP because I am taking a course online and there's a problem I'm having and I wanted to see if Restoro could correct it. I am so extremely disappointed with Restoro and their lack of service. I'd give them a Zero rating if I could!!!!”
