“I thought it was from Microsoft. Now, I find that this sham company asking for money. Possibly this program corrupted my computer, and now asking money to repair it.”

“Your program has lots of spinning lights and slick graphics, but it did not resolve my error code OX 800703EE. I am not sure if did any good to my computer at all.”

“I recently was having a problem with my computer freezing. i contacted Rostoro services. I was assisted by a wonderful person name Melody, who was very professional and helped set up the Restoro tools, then connected me with Mark and Maxine who were very patient and professional they answered all my questions and began the repairs, they were up front about everything, explained exactly what was needed and repaired in a timely and professional manner. “I am very pleased with the service I received today. From the beginning I was happy. The only thing was that I didn't expect to pay additional fees, but, when it was explained to me how I had unlimited support and that support came through I was satisified. The initial phase of questions took a little longer that I thought, but it was to give me a thorough check up, and for the technician to have a better idea on what the problem was. In my case Maxine A. did an excellent job in resolving my USB Codec issues which was causing me great concern. The complete scan and performance improvement took around an hour or so. In spite of the other reviews that were somewhat negative, I am pleasantly satisified. As always there is room for improvement, and I will cover that with an email to the company. From my point of view, you can use this with confidence. Matt A.”

“I had a hard time hearing the Tec. But she did get the remote going on my screen. My screen was upside down so she had to correct it. I shut my computer down last night after my repair. I had bought the 1-time charge of 27.95 I restarted my computer this morning the screen was upside down. So I called you back and she got it fixed. She did a Great Job. Thank her I'm 76 years old so I don't fix computers. Thank you also for this redo repair. David McCullough”

“It seems I created a little problem by replacing the hard drive in my computer with a new solid-state one, the new one was a clone but my Restoro Key didn't like it, because it no longer accepted the key. I never gave that a thought, I tried to run Restoro and it wouldn't work. So I called support and got a super guy by the name of Joel, he asked me a few questions and reset my key and then he stayed on the line to make sure it was working correctly. It worked great.
