“I had read about Restoro on Tech Radar and Windows Central before giving it a try. But, boy was I surprised when the software download and the initial trial made it very clear that Restoro offers a subscription that steers you towards remote IT support services! In the end, my computer is now working better than when it started and support staff worked with me to solve new hardware installation issues. But...prepare to be sticker shocked by remote IT! Even though they legitimately use LogMeIn to securely dial in and provide the same level of care I would expect at a Windows Enterprise level...I felt steered from my initial subscription to activating my subscription and then straight to paying $xxx for support. However, the computer does work very well.”

“Ich habe Probleme auf dem Desktop fixierte Eykons. Diese lassen mein programmierte Funktionen nicht zu.Sie öffnen meine programmierten Aufgaben nicht zu! es zeigen ein weises Quatrat. und damit keine Funktion. Mit dem gekauften Restoro erwartete ich die Wiederherstellung meiner Funktionen ,da ich meinem System einen Fehler vermutete,----Kein Ergebnis!!”

“The reps were able to help me with getting my new Desktop PC set up through transferring my old Desktop files. Took awhile but that was because I had so much to transfer.”

“Considering that my $3,000 computer had so many problems (due to my lack of proper attention & maintenance), I will consider the Cost of repairs & updates reasonable. “I am giving Restoro one start because I can't give them zero. I "downloaded" their software to supposedly "fix" problems with my PC. In trying to execute it, I was told I needed a "license key." I used the email link provided to request it and got a response from "paddle.com" telling me to be patient . . . something about a typhoon in the Phillilpines. A day and a half later and after multiple attempts to reach Restoro from their website, I still don't have a "license key" or a response. Very poor customer service.”

“Restoro talked with me but just wanted to bill me between $499 and $699 to resolve the issues that are advertised for the $70 I paid for the service. I don't see any benefit for the $70 Dci”
