“I am still amazed about the performance of the agent Maxine who cleaned up my Laptop. I am very pleased with the outcome. And I additionally want to acknowledge the professional way we communicated. The ability to adjust the downloading of McAfee is a plus and the recommendations and help Maxine offered are very much appreciated.”

“Help line could not understand why and how I had got to your software while changing my T-mobile password and that i was purchasing your software using your number to activate my restore purchase. I was now using my cell phone to activate the software. He was too confuse to continue so i requested to have my paypal purchase cancelled. If i had this hassle now i did not want to have a problem in the future and go thru a similiar hassle.”

“Frannie C was very patient helping me to get started I am 91years oldand not very good on the computer and she patiently helped me Maxine was great keeping me informed while cleaning up vires etc so far my computer seems to be working.”

“I have not had restoro long enough to know whether I like it or not. I did have one problem. And that is that the person who signed me up told me they would not Install McAfee. But would just. Leave it to the point where I could install it later if I wished. That's not what happened. They installed McAfee right over. Norton. They should have known that you can't have two antivirus programs running at the same time. Now I'm being bugged by McAfee.”
