I had to call Restoro because the scheduled appointment they set up did not show the incoming number, so, as is my habit, if I do not recognize the number I do not answer. On my call I spoke to a rep who gather the necessary information then connected me to the tech who did the scan and clean-up that created the need for the return call and he corrected the issue. He reassured me that this would not be an ongoing issue.

I have found the techs to really know what they are doing. My computer is now working as it should. My only problem is that you do not always receive the call back you are supposed to and you have to call them back. I would definitely recommend their services.

Everything broken was fixed. All problems past were mended or eliminated. I still have eavesdroppers, like the management downstairs and the people through the woods or where did their voices come from? I still have bad people with an attitude in my favorite public place. Stamford is a lousy city. I still am respected by many. I am better off than many residents of NYC. Many kids have better more expensive phones.

I was having problems backing up my work and Restoro solved that problem. I feel that they were trying to up sell their work for additional payments which made me nervous but they did the work and got me going again which is what I needed. So thank you to Restoro!!!

I am satisfied with the resolution of my issue. Ea ch time I have used Restoro my ticket has been handled by multiple technicians, and it is not apparent that the original issue is passed along to subsequent technicians. I have to repeat the issue to make sure it is resolved. I am also never sure if I can leave the PC. I don't have time to spend hours in front of it waiting to respond to online comments. I have given my cell number to tech but I don't get a text or call letting me know they need my input or action. They continue to call my husband's cell. Communication is not the best.

everything is good except for the part when the tracers get deleted because you need to sign back in to most websites after that.

Customer service is good. I felt the renew process need improvement. I had a license that was good until 2/27/2022. I received a need to renew notification in the mail and proactively paid the fee on 1/13/2022. I was told the new license was good from 1/13/2022 for one year. Shouldn't the new license be a follow on to the prior license. The new license should be effective on 2/28/2022 through 2/27/2023 and not from 1/13/2022 through 1/12/2023.

Not sure what I bought here. I signed up for the one-time application, started out with something over 2000 items to fix. Went through the process and ended up with something over 200 items yet to be fixed. Looks to me like I'm expected to pay again to get the 200 items fixed. Not sure what I got, but we'll see if it runs any better.
