The only problem that I had, is that this started at 11.00 am on Tuesday Morning, and it is just finished now. The Technicians are very helpful and polite , but seem to have a very big workload, as it just seemed to take a long time as some programs they download are finished, but it take a long time for them to respond.

I expect that shipping and delivery refers some product that was purchased and physically delivered. But if it refers to delivery of the on line servicing, it was very good and prompt. It took less time than originally estimated and the correspondence with staff was very good.

I had read about Restoro on Tech Radar and Windows Central before giving it a try. But, boy was I surprised when the software download and the initial trial made it very clear that Restoro offers a subscription that steers you towards remote IT support services! In the end, my computer is now working better than when it started and support staff worked with me to solve new hardware installation issues. But...prepare to be sticker shocked by remote IT! Even though they legitimately use LogMeIn to securely dial in and provide the same level of care I would expect at a Windows Enterprise level...I felt steered from my initial subscription to activating my subscription and then straight to paying $xxx for support. However, the computer does work very well.

I have not had restoro long enough to know whether I like it or not. I did have one problem. And that is that the person who signed me up told me they would not Install McAfee. But would just. Leave it to the point where I could install it later if I wished. That's not what happened. They installed McAfee right over. Norton. They should have known that you can't have two antivirus programs running at the same time. Now I'm being bugged by McAfee.

I appreciated the time used to solve the problems and the computer and phone came under attack even as the response by Restoro proceeded. I am happy overall except for an issue with Kindle that I need to resolve myself.

Restoro has helped identify and remove malware from our system. Periodic scans have also identified and repaired additional issues. One negative...when I originally signed up for Restoro, I was told that Restoro would support my Macbook Pro, but I have since found out that, in fact, Restoro does not support IOS.

Your staff seems to be patient however, if we were unable to pay for the work needing to be done, I would imagine things could have turned out negative or less, cooperative. Have a great night! I was very happy with the service. I admire the patience and helpfulness of the technicians, It cannot be easy for them to cope with folk like me with limited experience of technical matter and computers in general. They fixed my printer computer problem remotely in about 2 hours.I had tried for about 3 days and I doubt if I could have ever solved the problem my self. They tried to answer my many many stupid questions

Extraordinarily patient, helpful staff! Thank you. But a heavy focus on upselling, even though I'd already purchased a software program to address a problem. I ended up buying an extended program and someone spent more than 3 hours tidying up and sorting out issues with my laptop. Thanks Jay V, I hope it's all sorted now mate.
