Happy you have solved my e-mail problem. As an 80 year old I'm not converson with computer terminolgy. Would haved liked a simpler explaiation of how to follow insrructions.

The techs spent a lot of time cleaning up the PC and happy to have McAfee installed also. I believe that I will have to get my printer issue worked out another way as their ability to establish a new wifi connection to the printer was limited. They could not do it. I called Dell and they said the PC was out of warranty so they would not do it either. I will have to find a way to do it myself.

The customer service made me happy by doing an excellent job in correcting my Microsoft error. I would advise older people like myself maybe to request staff to talk at a slower pace in order to achieve maximum understanding. I can't stress enough for people in my demographic social group, or people of frankly, novice status, that this isn't an exercise recommended for the faint hearted! Take your time in assessing the price! I say this in light of the general advice to customers that you shouldn't feel rushed - being rushed often can act as an alarm call. The acquisition of services does involve a leap of faith, I have to say, particularly for the "uninitiated" or novice users, not least as payment was taken before the service was delivered. So, it's something like a trust exercise in my experience. I would advise prospective customers to take a minute or so to scan some Restoro reviews first. If you don't understand you have to tell the agent. I thereby gained high satisfaction with the way full explanation was given. There were "stopping off points", by which I could ask questions, and the information about returns and refunds was readily forthcoming. Agents included an engineer in my transaction, and again this proved to be helpful and rewarding. I was given maximum opportunity to take a follow-up call and was pleased to report that the error had been resolved and confirm that my case could be closed. The service and technicians Erlyn and Paolo were great! The only negative was the pricing. It feels shifty to order one thing because that's what you can afford, then be told that you need to pay more to really have it fixed but then have to pay even more to really protect yourself. I very much appreciated the willingness to reduce the price a little since the first payment seemed to vanish into thin air.

Reden T did an excellent job. I am not tech savvy so I found this session very helpful. My only concern is that I will not have a warranty that if the same thing happens and my email is not performing again Restoro will not take responsibility for fixing it again

I believe I have my computer back to normal. I also got a protection for a year. I thought it was too expensive, though. That is why the 4.
