“Your staff (Mel) were fantastic. We had pre booked and paid for 5 days ski hire, however our luggage arrived nearly two days late so we had no ski clothes to ski in. We spoke with Mel and she had no hesitation in refunding days where we could not ski due to lack of equipment. Her attitude and compassion to our plight was outstanding! We will have no hesitation in recommending Rhythym Japan as the place to go for ski hire. Thank you for yor fabulous customer service.”

“My experience renting equipment here is no too good. The helmets are of not of good quality. I did not get the right size helmets. And had to change sizes twice. The boots for my wife are not of the right size. She had to get size changed twice before finally getting the right ones. You guys must have more knowledgeable people to help the customers”

There are a lot of factors and we try our best to discuss this in store with each customer to get them fitted into the best equipment. “Fantastic service, had a ball with the premium package, tried a different board each day depending on our intentions. Quick and easy exchange. Ended up buying my fav. Jones hovercraft, can I get a whoop whoop!?”

“The best ski rental experience we have ever had! We hired from the new Rhythm store at the base of the Gondola in Grand Hirafu, and were wowed every step of the way. The gentleman who sized our skis and poles was fantastic, knew his stuff and was super engaging. We were very impressed at the valet service, dropping us and our newly hired ski gear back to our accom. We hired the premium level skis and they did it disappoint as some hire skis tend to do. They were kept in a great condition and were perfect for all terrain. The icing on the cake of our experience - after an exhilarating week of skiing, the Rhythm team sent a car to collect our skis and we did not have to drudge our weary bodies through the snow to return everything. Thanks so much Rhythm for making a wonderful holiday even better!”

“Rhythm provided us great, new semi powder skis and poles. There was no problem using are boots and they are super conveniently located to Happo One. We were able to ski to the bottom of a run one block from the shop to return once we were finished with our trip. I highly recommend!”
