"Rude and poor customer service.\r\n\r\nQuoted Reply:\r\n\"If you think you will cancel, please do not book.\"\r\n\r\nThis was the reply I got when I was enquiring about their cancellation policies in the event of injuries or mishaps which are common occurrences during skiing. The reason I did so was to better plan for my travel insurance as it is my first time skiing.\r\n\r\nSadly, I had already booked my accommodations etc., else I would have cancelled on them which they had \"kindly\" brought up.\r\n\r\nHad expected more from a country renowned for their hospitality (omotenashi)."
