“I HAVE USED RIFT A FEW TIMES TO CLAIM BACK TAX REFUND . I FOUND YOUR SERVICE TO VERY GOOD ALWAYS KEEPING ME INFORMED ON MY TAX REFUND PROGRESS BY PHONE , TEX ,OR E MAIL . THE ONLY THING I CAN THINK OF AS A DOWNSIDE IS THE PERCENTAGE FEE CHARGED IS A LITTLE HIGH , THIS ONLY BEING A SLIGHT DOWNSIDE DUE TO A GOOD SERVICE RECEIVED .”

“The best customer service i have ever had.Didn't have to move my finger and got back 2K.On the top of it all i messed up my own tax initially so it turned out that i own money to the tax man.However i spoke with a few accountants.Most of them didn't want to know about it.Too much hustle.The ones that did want to do it ask me to do everything myself including spreadsheets.At the end i got in touch with Rift and that was it. Went to Ibiza ot Friday for a week. Came back and 3 days letter received the cheque.2K. Never seen anything like this company before.Above all Byron and Matt should get a promotions.These two do not mess about.Really friendly yet extremely profesional.Not sure about the women though.They were a bit dopey.Nevertheless best company ever.I haven't stop referring people to you guys.Never will. Keep up the good work. From one really really happy customer. PS:I am writing this review good 4 months after i got the money so you can't blame the euphoria. TO BYRON AND MATT : BOYS I PROMISSED YOU A PINT NEXT TIME YOU VISIT SURREY, HOWEVER I LIVE IN AMSTERDAM NOW.BEER IS STILL ON THE OFFER!”

“I changed my address and you still sent it to my old address still not received it because you sent it to my nabour after ringing you 3 times to tell my new address I finally got my forms then I sent them once you received i was never updated on my rebate I rang over 6 time to see when it was getting processed and still no info till I called someone said we will ring you tomorrow and no one did this was a on going thing it's a shame as the years before iv used you . You have been brilliant I would like to use you next year if I can be promised you will be more effective and get things sorted if you can't I will be using someone eles”

“My tax refund on motor mileage was very straight forward. The process was easy to follow and all the RIFT staff were very helpful. I provided the JPA printouts detailing my Movements and Pay and RIFT did the rest. I was regularly kept up to date on progress and was very pleased with the results.”
