Hi Lee, thanks for your feedback. We charge differently to other companies or accountants as our fee includes every bit of work from beginning to end to process a claim (not just sending paperwork to HMRC and then leaving you to deal with any issues that might come up). More importantly It also includes the unique RIFT Guarantee which means that if any money recovered is repayable to HMRC RIFT will make the repayment at no cost to you - in other words The refund we send you is 100% yours to keep. This is something no other company offers. At the end of the day it's down to you if you want to switch to a different company next year, or even if you want to submit the claim yourself - we'll help you find out whether we think you're eligible again for free and then if you decide not to submit your claim with us there's no charge!

“received my monies with support to complete the claim and close existing HMRC matters in good time. Yes the company take a cut but they actually did all the leg work. Nice unexpected payout.”

“In total I was due about 1500 pounds , in reality I received 1011 pounds which I think is a bit of a scandal , maybe 1300 would have been more of a suitable figure !”

“Been using rift for a few years.no complaints till this year. Charge 28% for just making travel claim (PAYE) you say.over £1000 charges , ridiculous. Previous year only charge £225 for lot more work and rebate (self employed) you say.not happy”
