“Good communication and polite service. However after collecting over 6 years of documentation and then only needing 1 years of it was slightly frustrating. The target audience for the mod tax refund is not soldiers due to the fact we move every 3-5 year and not the two years as prescribed by hmrc.”

We've only been working with the MOD closely for the last couple of years so there's definitely more we can do to recognise your specialist situations and we've already begun to work with UK armed forces organisations to make these changes. “Very friendly and professional staff. I had no clue on what was needed or if I even had a claim. They told me all i needed to know/provide, they did all the work & i ended up with a cheque for just over £1k. Cannot recommend them enough. You have nothing to lose as if there's no claim, it costs you nothing.”

“On the whole it was good. There were occasions where information suddenly became apparent and was not mentioned earlier in the process. It was sometimes to get hold of the people I wanted to speak to to get an update.”

“I found RIFT very easy to deal with. The took all of the hassle out of the application process. After they took their fees I was still £1400 better off than before and it was money that I was not expecting!! Great service!!”
