Very friendly and helpful Staff pre purchase, post purchase was not as good as there was a delay in receiving my purchase due to artist holiday and no updates as to when I would receive. I did eventually receive it.

Hi Joanne, Thank you for your feedback and I apologise for the not so great experience. We really value it and will try to take this on board and improve our process. The artists have an option to update their holiday period so the customer has a better estimate regarding expected delivery time. However, they don't always keep it updated, reducing the visibility of when the customer receives the work. In this case, this resulted in a not so good experience for you. We have frequent contact with our sellers and will continuously reiterate the importance of keeping this information updated. Regards, Pedro

Super customer service on the phone Item just what I wanted Framing prices very high,was quoted £54 but a local supplier only charged £20

There was an initial issue with the piece I had ordered. The sales team however worked hard to find an alternative piece and deliver it to me on time.

Rise Art made it easy and fun to purchase art for our office. The selection is top notch and totally suited our needs. They came and looked at the wall space we had and then recommended various pieces. Would totally recommend them!

I find the site hard to navigate. Would like more info in the artist bio. And on a second purchase the after sales was so poor I reluctantly and disappointedly cancelled my purchase. I think that the artist need to be well briefed on how they document their delivery to minimise high import tax for the collectors. Otherwise love ❤️ what you guys are doing and wish you all the best.

Rise offers excellent service, they are knowledgeable, professional, friendly to customers and helpful. Happy to deal with small and big orders and they treat customers, art lovers with a lot of respect for their opinion on art. They don't impose their own view.
