Delivery was a mess. Took more days than committed. Emailed promote should be stop. Not all consume prefer promotional email. It can be annoying

I shopped at Robinsons because they have a promotion with heymax.ai but they didn’t track it and I didn’t get the extra miles. So it wasn’t cheaper than another retailer and the shopping experience was a letdown.

It was difficult to return what I bought. And could not contact anyone to relate my problem. Had to escalate to senior management and after many many emails, issue was resolved

I ordered an ironing board size M. I guess mistake the company delivered size S to me. It took them more than 1 week to replace the wrong size. I had to contact Robinsons staff three times to find out when a replacement could take place.

Slight dissapointed with the packaging. Bought 2 Gucci ties for gifts. The gift box does not look presentable at all with the glue stain can be seen when opening the box. Item like ties should be squeeze in a small box, the transparent wrapping plastic so crumpled.

Robinsons live chat was helpful. But it is like a hit and miss. Some days I get a response and some days I get radio silence. Been asking for a change of colour for a bench I ordered and they promised a cash on delivery by their partner vendor but the promised date came and went and nothing happened. Left two messages but no response henceforth.

For the other furnitures I ordered from other companies such as Hipvan, they will deliver and assemble. However with Robinson, I feel that you are just acting like a online platform, no difference from the likes of Lazada and Shoppee.

The table looks different from what advertised on the website. it does not have a rustic look. Robinson's customer service team was fast in responding to my feedback though. Due to this, they offered me a 5% discount.

Dear Sir/Madam This is the first time I bought at Robinson online. The items arrived but the packaging is very dirty. This is certainly not a positive first impression. I am surprised because the previous in-store shopping experiences were pleasant. You might want to look into that aspect. BR

The Sale discounts are acceptable. However, I am unsure about who arranges the delivery of items, which left a VERY bad experience for me. I will not order from Robinsons ever again. I hope this comment is taken seriously. I left a longer review on the item itself.

The Black Friday offer was good but I can’t say the same for the delivery experience. The item was not bubble wrapped and the box was dented at receipt. Item was slightly different from the advertised picture but was subsequently assured of its authenticity. Overall not a great experience.

The sale had quite a significant discount and delivery was prompt. Pity that goods were not of ideal quality for the price we paid.

I have yet to receive my items and it is now the 9th working day since I placed my order. I have reached out to your customer support team and now still waiting for an update. This is unlike my first order experience which was smooth.

The products received was in good order . Should have notification of when products reached buyer with a timeframe, not just the date. Luckily for me my neighbours are mostly known to us. If not it could have taken by someone as the products name was visible on the outside.
