I found defaults in the mattress topper received and reached out to customer service for an exchange. The Robinson customer service replies were fast, but as they need to confirm with the supplier, I am still waiting for an update regarding the exchange...

The return process is cumbersome, it should be Automatic via app / online that can be done by the customer. Engaging in chat for the return process is annoying. It makes them not come back for purchase again

Min spent for free delivery is too high compared to other online shops. Not easy to reach such requirement. I would not buy from Robinson if I do not have any voucher to cover the shipping cost.

Not a fan of their delivery system; there’s no notification of the date of delivery. My box just showed up on my doorstep one morning with no notification, no door knock. Good thing I was home & happened to open the door to water the plants. I’m just glad no one stole it.

I do not like how you manage sales. If you are prepared to sell this at a discount, you should just stick to it. I receive a constant stream of offers from you with different codes. This is disruptive, and one reason why I never finish one sale. Promo codes just valid for a day or so, etc. It's disruptive because I shop online since I don't have time to go out. This wastes my time.

I am not satisfied until case is closed. Items arrived with short supply. Just bcause your supplier do not hve stocks they think they can get away with it.

the item was received only about 10 days after ordering. i think that's quite slow. especially since i had to pay for delivery as the amount spent did not qualify for free delivery. Also, i got emails from J&T express about unsuccessful delivery, but there was always someone at home to receive the goods if indeed there was an attempt to deliver.

The Hohem Gimbal basically started performing with faults after initial familiarisation on a proper job. Lets see who they handle this.

First delivery was fast and was impressed initially. But ordered 2 sets of item and only received 1 set. Had to wait for another delivery. Item was also weirdly packed in 2 shoe boxes separately despite being a set. The next delivery packaging was also messy and cheap. No protective wrap or anything to prevent spillage or such. Good deal though but needs improvement from vendors if item is coming from different vendors.

Orders being sent at different times means I have to remember what has not been received. Recently my first items came very quickly but my second item was still outstanding. I had to call to check etc. This is additional work. Maybe a better system can be in place? Thanks

I purchased a Hillcrest Sensation Memory Foam Pillow which the size shown as 60cmx40cm on website. When the item received, it much smaller & I measured: it 55cm in width instead of 60cm. It stated All products may vary due to product enhancement on item webpage but I thought the difference of 5cm is too much.
