It was an unpleasant online purchase and I did not get my item on time as a valentine's gift. It was mentioned by Robinsons's staff in 5 working days however item was received 3 weeks later. Some experience to share like other online shopping which it stated the est date of delivery before check out especially for an overseas item so that customer may consider to purchase or not to purchase the item.

Delivery of the floor mats was prompt & efficient. Delivery of the facial powder was transactional, delivery guy rang the doorbell & without even bothering to wait for a response, left the items on the floor outside & walked off.

I have to find out more about the product myself through the 3rd party. One accessory was not delivered and had I not checked it would have been quietly omitted without my being aware. Not good experience. But quick delivery!

Disapppointed that when the item came, there was a crack in the glass, but the customer service team was really prompt in delivery for the replacement item.

Shirt is not a complete wrinkle free shirt as stated and still needs ironing. Behaviour of the courier or delivery company was extremely bad. Didnt called me though I was in the house. Package was left somewhere outside and fortunately my neighbours passed that to my wife.

What I like about Robinsons’ are the ease of using their website to make orders, range of products and reasonable pricing for certain items on offer. The delivery service is ok if one is not in a hurry.

The plates I bought were pretty but the order/design of the plate was wrong. Luckily my friend whom I gifted the plates were happy with the design.

The living room carpet is thinner than I expected and even after a week, one part of it still “curl”. The silk pillow cases I ordered had a tiny stain - unfortunately I only saw them after I had washed. Hence, I couldn’t request for an exchange.

Rather disappointed that the 5 bedsheet sets came in quite old and dirty plastic coverings. For the price I had to pay, I was expecting better. They were all meant to be Christmas presents and were not exactly presentable in that state. I can't comment on the quality as yet.

Your delivery personnel are not friendly and the attitude of the operator when I contacted her because of delivery failure was negative.

Was my favorite go to store when I needed something for the home. Esp bed linens. So trying the online store to see if the purchases are any good.

Wrong item delivered but was exchange within couple of days. Did not scrutinise queen bedsheet. Only noticed small patch of material run after washing. Trying to see if an exchange can be done and still waiting for response from supplier. Overall still prefer to physical shopping, especially for bed linen.
