Great product but delivery person was rude and didn’t help to unpack the mattress just left it at my doorway and left

Robinson should improve on their customer service & online order service. Why must require customer to submit passport photo & identification to confirm their address. After all the customer is the one who pay the product via their own credit card. What if I am ordering product on behalf of another person & delivery is sent to another address & not my address but I am paying for the cost. Please look into this point. Too much of all these documentation from customer may become a hazard.

The website is terribly difficult to navigate. Not able to see the bedsheet sizes available unless we click into the individual items. Makes selection really inefficient and cumbersome.

Wide range of items, prices are relatively competitive but sale is not offering major discounts like before. Delivery service on the other hand requires improvement. There is no option to choose delivery date/ time and there isn’t notification on when actual delivery will take place.

Not satisfied with the Bodum Toaster.Used it on the 4th time and caused my electricity to trip. I was confident of the product and I threw away the packaging. Can do a refund? The Health products were okay.

I am always very satisfied with Robinsons service and being kept informed of the timely delivery. In this instance I had been emailed a offer from Robinsons in advance offering me a discount with my purchase. Unfortunately when I tried to use the discount code was not accepted. I had a few hiccups with my purchase. Firstly, the wrong quantity was delivered. The online helpdesk was good to help resolve the matter. Then, I received the remaining quantity only to find that they are expired goods. The online helpdesk was again prompt in helping to settle the issue. However, I was told the supplier do not have any more stocks and proposed alternative of the same brand. I accepted the proposal and received the items in good condition. Later I was shocked to see that the so call out of stock products was still selling at the online store website and this time round the prices were even lower. I am quite disappointed with the helpdesk and the supplier over the incident. Will be reluctant to buy again as I lost quite a lot of confidence over the company’s reliability.

Expiry dates for products should be reflected on website. Delivery service is acceptable . Live chat not responding so I emailed and called.

Bought a mattress that was on sale and found out later that it’s about $100 less if I buy from the brand itself. Frankly, I felt cheated. Also, the 5 items I ordered arrived separately. In 3 batches. That was not convenient for me.

Delivery is fast, but hope that there will be option to choose regarding the delivery time, at least during office hour or after. As this would reduce the hesitance of buying from Robinson just because of the unkonwn delivery time.

Delivery ANXIETY The TWO items I ordered (towels + bed set sheets) were delivered on TWO different days. Both items were LEFT OUTSIDE my home on BOTH occasions with RISK of THEFT .. Customer has ZERO CHOICE of delivery date+time slots These delivery ANXIETIES put me off future orders

Please also be informed that if you order multiple products from multiple brands, you will receive the items separately in different packages and on different days due to their different delivery lead times & warehouse locations. We are looking into setting a delivery time but for the mean time, we will stick with the 3-5 business days turnaround time.

Product looks kinda of old. Item came with some dusty look and feel when unwrapping, although not an expired item. Delivery well received. Product info was wrong too ie advertised 125ml but actual is 150ml.

Some of the products are not readily available in other Social media platforms (eg phyto) which may not be authentic. I trust Robinson to sell genuine products which had a very old reputable store (my favorite). Unfortunately your online platform needs improvement. Minimum amount for free delivery at $150 is too high compared to other popular seller platforms. I needed to buy many products to make up $150 which are delivered in drib and drab. I think 4-5 rounds. It's too troublesome to track.

It was an unpleasant online purchase and I did not get my item on time as a valentine's gift. It was mentioned by Robinsons's staff in 5 working days however item was received 3 weeks later. Some experience to share like other online shopping which it stated the est date of delivery before check out especially for an overseas item so that customer may consider to purchase or not to purchase the item.
