Wrong item delivered but was exchange within couple of days. Did not scrutinise queen bedsheet. Only noticed small patch of material run after washing. Trying to see if an exchange can be done and still waiting for response from supplier. Overall still prefer to physical shopping, especially for bed linen.

The item descriptions can be further improved by giving more details. Eg the measuring jar I bought was described as "glass", but when received, it was made of plastic, thus was quite disappointed as what I was looking for is "glassware".

The quality of the 12 floor mats was disappointing, too thin. The quality of the 6 bath towels was ok.

I have signed up the account. When i try to login it is unsuccessful. Reset password and no email notification send to me. Beside this, it would be good to have other brand like Tory Burch , etc. Wallets as well. Thank you!

Selection is very limited and there’s also a restocking charge if you return the item. It’s almost 2022 it shouldn’t be the case

There is problem in choosing the sizes of almost everything. The button for sizes does not seem to work on Android phone most of the time. It is frustrating.

The update on delivery status is not accurate particularly on the 3rd item. Was notified that it has been delivered when it was not. This caused frustration and unnecessary stress. It was delivered the day after.

the products purchased came in bubble wrap to protect the items, however the items are in dusty state. suggesting that the merchandise are kept in very dusty area or are simply stored too long.

Appalled at the old box used for these glasses. Besides they are not even sealed after unwrapping it. Feels a recycled stock being discarded. This was meant to be a gift. Disappointing.

Your Customer Service is excellent but some info in your website is misleading. It showed that my mattresses were delivered on 16/10/2021 but actual delivery was on 20/10/2021. The deliveryman for the speaker was not looking at the address properly. He wanted to leave the parcel at my neighbour's door when my door was wide open waiting for him.

i ordered 6 items from Robinsons - the confirmation email did mention that the products come from different warehouse but i was surprised to see 4 deliveries with their own plastic & bubble wrappings. When i do my online orders, usually i try to order the items from the same shop so they can pack everything together (less plastic compare to ordering separately from different shops). With the current global climate change issues, having too many plastics are my main concerns & may affect my decision to shop @ Robinsons since seems all the items come directly from the suppliers (i thought they are centralised in Robinsons' own warehouse). Nevertheless, i will recommend my friends & family to try to shop @ Robinsons. Thank you.

Suggest your can carry Esprit clothes and watches and handbags. I have college and friends their favorite brand . Import from Korea or Hong Kong design clothes or accessories . Hopefully ur can considered my suggestion . Also provide more details in clothes size chart and material info , example Mango on line their clothes size chart is accurate base on input information so that can select the correct size . The 10.10 promotion was genuine and I enjoyed the online shopping. But shipping was rather irritating as I received numerous notifications. Apparently the items were shipped by different vendors directly, and they arrived at my door on different days. I must have received at least 10 email notifications for the 1 order via Robinsons online transaction.

This is my first time buying online from Robinsons after the physical shop closure. The logistics need improvement. 1. I bought 3 items and being charged extra for delivery. It is much higher than the delivery fees of most eCommerce providers. I realised the reasons for higher fees later when the there are 3 separate deliveries. 2. 1 items was not delivered and not trackable, so i wrote in to Robinson's support. Good that there are response the next day and delivery is immediately being arranged. I believe the arrangement is missed out previously. 3. This short review was sent out to me despite the last item has not received by me. This request for review should come only after all items are delivered.
