Poor response. No information when is the delivery. It took like almost 2 weeks to deliver a piece of clothing. When I ask the customer service, no answer

Hi, It’s just that I was a little taken back with the plastic packaging of the handbag. It could have been well packed in a hard box for its a good branded bag. It did have some folds. Quite upset actually. But thanks for the prompt service.

Initially the tracking system was incorrect in tracking each item delivery status, after I have called and informed your staff, there is improvement.

I thought parcels wld come in a single delivery since they came fr one parent company but they came in individual deliveries with different dates and timings causing stress and anxiety on my part. This perhaps cld be improved upon.

The delivery and tracking are almost prefect but the packaging of certain goods can be improved for instance for plastic bottles that cannot withstand high pressure during a long transportation journey may be damaged. I recently bought Sukin products with free samples in plastic tubes. One of the sample was damaged.

I ordered 4 items which arrived on 3 different days. I was not notified and thought the delivery fall short. The mooncakes advertised showed the wrong quantity also. It was advertised as 10 pieces per box but cam as 9 pieces only. Overall it did not give me a pleasant online shopping experience. My email feedback has not gotten any reply too.

first time keyed in the items that wanting to buy, realised that there was an error. after amendments wanted to buy additional items, the system just cut off and payment already deducted.

I'm thinking the recent shopping foray was cause for extended delays in delivery. Hmm Would have preferred that all be delivered at one time but think this not logistically possible. Anyway I'm happy with my purchases and will probably look in again if I need "high end, high quality" stuff and have more patience to wait wait wait. Perhaps Covid is taken Patience out for a ride hehe Thanks anyway.

There is room for improvement on your online platform. System did not reflect my correct delivery address after checked out. Solution provided by BOT is not helpful in changing the delivery address. Instruction given cannot be found in the online platform. Eg it said tap on "To Ship" under "My Purchase" but system showed "My Order" and there is no "To Ship" tab available.

The delivery person only called when he arrived at my home as I was out at the time. It is preferred if he could have informed me earlier of his arrival so I could arrange to be home to receive it.

I tried to add to an order that I had just placed (less than 30 mins) but was informed that it was impossible to add to it. instead i had to pay the delivery charges on the additional items..

Delivery service is not up to my expectation, missing two items that I have not received. To my surprise is that delivery company was not aware of their mistake and obviously they don’t have a ready process to track the stock.

Photo in product catalog shows a set of towels, which was inconsistent with the description for sale of one single bath towel. Could have mislead buyers.

Bought 15 bottles of honey, requested for some honey spoons, not a single spoon was given. A bit disappointed as we usually get free gifts when we used to purchase from physical stores.

Utterly Disappointed as the main items: Radiance Revealer 50ml (Superfruit Exfoliating Gel) Day Glower & Eyes Lifter Special Set was cancelled due to items not available! If the items are not available then they should be indicated as “stock not available” on the website! The email informed that I can reorder once the stock is available. Given this cancellation I do not have any assurance that the reorder will not be cancelled again!

After I’d made payment all I received was a msg that my order has been fulfilled. There was no email informing me when delivery would be. Then out of the blue bout a week later the goods were delivered. Fortunately my helper was home.
