“I've been using it for more than 5 years on multiple platforms and it became a truly indispensable tool, without which I definitely wouldn't be able to manage my passwords and secure files. The UI may not be as polished as its direct competitor's, LastPass, but I find it to be more flexible and secure. Unlike LastPass, there is no account recovery without your Master Password which is exactly how a secured system is supposed to be. The UI has improved a lot lately and it seems to be a priority for the design team - although, in my opinion, a "modern" UI doesn't necessarily mean better. I would recommend trying both, LastPass and RoboForm and make the decision for yourself. I chose functionality over form and I never had to look back. You need to use either, or both for at least a couple of months to really get the hang of all core functions and be able to judge the differences.”

“I started using Roboform when there was nothing else available. It was free back then. Since then, they hijack all your information and unless you renew and pay then you're done with. They way overcharge for this product when Google and Microsoft does it for free. But, if you have all your passwords locked up in RF, then you have to painstakingly transfer everything over. Until then, you have to pay. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT and its "Customer Service".”

“I have been using RoboForm since the free version had a limited # bof logins. I very quickly had to upgrade. :-) I am very satisfied with RF but there is something missing in the newer versions. Namely; the ability to take Roboform with you , on an USB stick, stick it into any computer and open a portable version of RoboForm.”

“My opinion about Roboform is mixed. I really like some of its features. But, honestly, it doesn't win a comparison with 1Password and Dashlane for example. This is because its system is really messed up. The main app of each OS should be able to do everything except team's management. With Roboform, be prepare to search where to do each thing you want. Sometimes, it's in the app, sometimes in Start Page, web interface, etc. Wow! Who was in charge of system's architecture and decided to make it that illogical way. Finally, following that way of thinking, translation (in this case, to French), is also messy. Some parts (I believe less than 15-20%) of Roboform's environment are translated, the rest isn't. There's also parts that are partially translated. So, it could be complicated for families or teams where not everyone read English enough to understand.”

“I have used RoboForm for at least eight years. I love its easy to use features. Plus, it provides a very secure way to keep and use ID and passwords. If you can't think up a good password, RoboForm will provide one for you.”

“I have been using Roboform for at least 10 years and often recommend it to my customers and friends. As a web site developer, marketer, and web hosting provider I have around 1500 usernames and passwords to remember as do my key associates. When one of us updates someone's credentials all of my team is updated across all of our roboforms. I couldn't live without it.”

“I am a long-time user of RoboForm, and have periodically tried other software on behalf of clients. I remain convinced that RoboForm is superior in nearly all comparative aspects. Note to Roboform developers: please market your product better, it deserves as much marketing as development!”

Hi David - we're sorry to hear some site credentials are being a bit troublesome when it comes to saving. You can enable Force AutoSave by holding the ALT key and clicking the Login/Submit button on web page. You can also hold the SHIFT key and press the ENTER key in the password field or in any field where ENTER causes form submission. “I have been using RoboForm for many years across several platforms. It has served me well but it does take some fiddling to get things working on websites that block password mangers. I have tried other password mangers over the years but none were better than RoboForm.”

“With every new update/version, the integration of desktop with iPhone get better. I have been using Roboform for a long time and it has saved me a lot of grief. We have a multidevice, multiuser license. My 87 year old father messed up and lost his files; but I've never had a problem, even when Apple makes me change my passwords frequently.”

“My brother-in-law introduced me to Roboform. I was skeptical at first, however, once I started using it I found it impossible not to use it. In addition to NOT having to remember passwords, I can also use it to create nonsense passwords, print user/password, and other info. I can't do without it now. Thanks.”
