I have used RoboForm for years. I love the Safenotes as I can store all kinds of sensitive information there and know it is secure, yet available. I run an active website and have numerous passwords for different management functions on different parts of the site. Most of the time RoboForm understands what username and password goes to what page. Some pages it just doesn't seem to get the hang of. Not a big deal as I can search quickly to find the one I need.

I don't recall purchasing anything from RoboForm. All I get is periodic upgrades to the program. If I did buy something, then I'd have to say that RoboForm is the absolute best password storage program on the list.

It has become sticky. With my new phone it will not fill MS Edge.

I've tried other password managers and would be able to review this one fairly if I could see how it works by comparison. However, after paying for 3 years of licensing it tells me I need to buy the product ever time I try to look at it and use it. I am beyond frustrated. I am a retired Information Technologies Manager which could influence thousands of employees at my previous job.

I have been with RoboForm over 12 years and it has been a solid product from day 1. I rely on it daily and will continue to do so for many years to come.

I am sad to say that after using Roboform for many years, it has become an outdated, impractical tool. I am not into the conspiracy but I assume the company sold and the original owners made millions and the new owners simply don't care. Either way, I am switching after many years. Trust me, there are far better apps out there for password storage.

I used Robo Form for a very long time. I think it's great, I did like the older version better but still I really like it. It was so easy to navagate. Thanks nice site.

Robert form has provided a secure storage of all my passwords. I do take issue on the fact that it does not automatically offer me an option to paste passwords on the webpage. Otherwise is one of the best password storage programs on the market.

Thanks for the feedback, Don! To autofill passwords within your mobile browser, please ensure Accessibility is turned on. To do so, open the RoboForm app > Settings > Integration > toggle on "Fill forms in Apps and Browsers.

Technical support is awful. No phone option so that you can speak with someone. I have requested a phone call and not received it. It is fine on my computer at home but getting new additional devices set up is ridiculous. One of the main points is to be able to use it remotely on additional devices when I am traveling. I will re-address this review if I ever get my ongoing issues resolved.

Great software. Does the job for a very reasonable price. Its as good a value as CCleaner. I signed up my first day with it. Looking forward to using it every day.

The Technical Support is next to useless as you cannot speak to anyone directly. Have been trying to resolve an issue for several days with no joy. Keep being given information that proves totally useless.

They keep changing the app with every update. The app is not intuitive. The app does not fill in passwords. You will have to open the app and scroll until you find it. This use to be good and I reccomend it but not it is complete garbage.
