“Good, clear advice. Julua was a good listener. Did best to find the right cabin for me. Good price. Gave me time to make my decision. Only negative comment is that the offer to give £500 M & S voucher can be misleading. I initially read it as it applied to all bookings. I think it is used as an enticed but can waste your time and energy.”

“As always Darren was very helpfull as all the staff have been in the past. Just came back from a holiday booked through ROL which was brilliant and have now rebooked for 2026. Staff are very professional and knowledgeable a pleasure to deal with.”
