I can see by the price of their products they do not pay their workers much. I love their clothes, but I do not want to order from them anymore.

I ordered some things around Christmas. Some sweaters for me and some cropped sweatshirts for my friends. It took about a month to arrive so I was a little nervous if it would get here by Christmas but it did thankfully. I’m not gonna lie they weren’t bad. I actually really love the sweaters. Now the cropping sweatshirts were a thinner fabric but I had read on the reviews that that was probably how it would turn out so that’s fine.

It took them a month to finish processing my order. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt because of the virus, but it's quite hard when Amazon has 2-day shipping. Also, my package is being delivered through some "priority" shipping via DHL, but is the expected date of delivery is over a week out. Kind of unfortunate. They gave me 100 points (equal to one dollar) which really doesn't do much for me. Poor, poor customer service. I hope the quality of their clothes makes up for it.

I got my clothes a couple weeks since i ordered it. the clothes aren't the best quality but i have to remember i get what i paid for the sizing is pretty accurate i got a necklace from there and it broke right when i put it on. but other than that the clothes are super cute and i think maybe with some fabric softener and washing them they'll be better and THE CLOTHES ARE SUPER CUTE!!!!! but definitely good if you're on a budget.

Managed to get my refund by calling their customer service helpline number,i ordered 2 XL tops; they are so small that will not fit a normal 9-year-old. Now to try figure out the policy to return and get a refund I searched for the customer service number and finally found one in google about their customer service toll free number which is +1 816 548 2880 after calling that number one of their representative answered the call, he guided me some steps and after waiting for 20 mins I got my refund.at first I thought whether they will really help me or it’s a scam but after I confirmed with my bank I was relaxed as I have really received my refund from them

I ordered from romwe on April 13th and I'm still waiting for my clothes. yesterday I checked to see where my things are and it said its in L.A. today when I checked to see where my things are I cant see any of my orders it's like they all disappeared or something.... I'm still waiting for my things but when ever they come I will post on here and update u all

Romwe is an overall decent website to shop on. They have super aesthetic looking items from clothing, jewelry, and electronic accessories, to room decor, stickers, and other fun things. There items are on the cheaper side, which can sometimes effect the quality of the item. So, if you’re looking for a website with affordable items, have fun shopping on Romwe! But... if you’re impatient and want tour packages to arrive quickly, maybe find a different site. Romwe is definitely known for having slow shipping. Even for those who buy express. I ordered from Romwe once and it was towards the end of January. My items arrived close to Valentine’s day (2-4 weeks). I was tracking them everyday. If you didn’t know, Romwe ships their packages from a warehouse in Hong Kong, which is one of the big reasons it takes so long to arrive. I bought 2 shirts, 2 necklaces, 1 pair of earrings, and 1 airpods case. My total for these items came to about $23 and I also had my 10% off discount since I was a first time member. When the items came, they were all very organized, and intact. The shirts looked exactly like they did on the website. I bought one shirt that had a little angel on it shooting an arrow, so I could wear it on Valentine’s day, and another one that said “Florida” on it since that’s where I’m from. Although they looked cute, they felt a lot different than I imagined they would. They felt like a thin towel fabric. It wasn’t too bad though, the shirts are still wearable and quite comfy. I would rate the shirts a 6/10. I also bought a star choker, a necklace that had an angel charm on it, and angel charm earrings to match the necklace. The necklaces chains were super weak, and they both broke within a week of the arrival. I was super disappointed. As for the earrings, the angel charm was a lot bigger than I expected, but not to a point where it’s too heavy to wear in your ear. They’re still super cute, and still in good condition. I’d rate the necklaces a 2/10 and the earrings a 10/10. Finally, we have the airpods case. I bought a lavender silicone case that had an angel charm on the side clipped on to the case. It was super cute, and looked exactly like the picture. The case was a little small on the top part of my airpods at first, but it’s finally fitted properly. I’d rate the airpods case a 10/10. Romwe is cheap- for a reason. Quality of clothes is how you can imagine it to be based on the price. I never order clothes from them just because I hear such bad things. Earlier this month I ordered a phone case and an eyebrow trimmer. Both of these were just what i expected, great things, very happy with them. Love the phone case. However, this took over 2 weeks, 21 days to be exact, for me to receive it. Maybe it was because of the virus going on, who knows. It came from China, went to NY, weirdly went out to Indiana, and then CT, and finally ME. Weird. But besides the shipping, Im happy. Don't order anything from here in bulk, be careful about buying clothes, read reviews.

Quality wasn't great at all. The items came and said Shein on the packaging & label when I bought them from Rowme. Sizes were pretty small and was disappointed when I opened my parcel. However I did receive the item on time, it took 8 days to come.

I have only received 1 of two packages, which I purchased on 12/02. while tracking the one containing all but one item, which is the one I've already received, it has stated that it had arrived at the USA local facility. It's been there for a week and a half and I don't understand if this is through customs or if it's at one of the warehouses and it's just sitting there in a box. I try to ask customer service but it's a joke. Everytime I try to talk with someone other than the automated FAQs robot, even though it's says it's supposed to be 24/7, there is never anyone online. I just want to know how much longer my package will be since it's been in the same status on romwe, and USPS hasn't received it yet.

Takes forever for you guys to ship me my clothes. Seriously speed that process up. I’ve also heard the clothes feel cheap. How do you even write reviews for clothes like I looked everywhere. Why are the people writing the review’s names’ censored?

Hi, I was extremely happy with my clothing products from Rome as the material was good quality and therefore, I am now continuously purchasing new items from here. However, I do wish the delivery fee didn't go up so high when the products were cheap and I also wish they were shipped faster. Thankyou
