“My first visit in store was great. The guy that served me was full of knowledge and put together exactly what I was after. Only reason I don’t go 5 stars is that accessories are overpriced, but that’s probably more of an issue that rhino rack should consider.”

“Pathetic delivery time and expectations. I purchased my roof rack and backbone system from this company due to the delivery times stating in stock and 1-2 business days. Day 4 one of the items was delivered. Then I try to follow up to see where the other items is and they keep telling me its delivered. I had to call the delivery company and they told me the item is too large. It has now been 9 business days and still no expected delivery date is scheduled.”

“100% fantastic, everytime. In the last year, I've needed spare parts, technical instruction, replacement keys, pro advice on the purchase of new bars and a bike rack. Best customer service, always above and beyond, never patronising (as women this is more often the case) and always able to understand my needs and budget. Superb!”
