“Ordered a product to be sent express delivery by startrack - said 1 day delivery - has taken 2 days so far and haven't even been sent a tracking number. I leave on holiday tomorrow, which is the reason I bought the product, but I won't be able to use it.”

As you may have been informed your items, needed to be transferred from one of our stores to the warehouse, before dispatch and will be dispatched today. “Didn’t have the advertised roof rack in stock (Cruz Airo). They said they only order them from Spain once every 3 or 4 months. 3 stars because they refunded my money fairly quickly.”

Thanks for your feedback Peter, CRUZ is particularly difficult brand to have efficient shipping times, as we receive these brands directly from Europe in a quarterly ordering plan.
