“Placed an order based on stock being available, but was notified stock had to be ordered direct from supplier with 7 to 10 working day turn around due to not being able to drop ship from supplier, and after some back and forth with supplier and RRG, they were then able to drop ship, but they had already cancelled my order and I bought elsewhere.”

“Initially had some problems navigating the Roof Racks Galore website trying to work out which racks best suited my raised rail Skoda, until a very friendly and patient Abbie from customer service, confirmed my selection. The Thule Racks that l ordered were delivered freight free within 2 days as promised. Highly recommend.”

“I ordered an item online because it was unavailable in store. The item showed as available online and the order went through. Then o received an email saying that the item would need to be ordered and it would be a 7-10 day wait. I initially chose RRG because of good experiences in the past and even paid a higher price than other sites. Very disappointed in this experience. I have now ordered from another supplier.”
