Lovely TV cabinet, really well made. Exactly what I wanted. Delivery a bit annoying as only given 45 minutes notice of delivery.

The wine rack is great, but I didn’t appreciate it being just left on the doorstep with no bell or knock on door given. I was here all the time but it took a neighbour to ring us to say there is a parcel on your doorstep.

Loved the chest of drawers I ordered the delivery very quick but there was a drawer knob missing which I am still waiting for other than this I would have marked 5 out 5

The item was showing on the website as in stock and available for delivery within 3-5 days when I ordered in Feb. Within a day of me ordering I had an email to state it was not in stock and wouldn’t be for 8-12 weeks. I decided to wait for the item and 10 working days ago I received an email to say it has been dispatched. Still not heard anything and when I’ve emailed they cannot tell me where it is?! I ordered this in Feb. It’s also still showing on the website as In stock and says 3-5 working days delivery, none of which is actually the case.

The patio table and chairs were even better than expected and the delivery team were polite, thoughtful and strong (our flat is on the second floor). A sole moan is that the expected delivery time frame was not respected by the hauliers. Having said that, customer services were ace and the haulier organised an ad-hoc delivery on the Saturday so all ended well.

The Furniture is very nice and I am pleased with my purchase. The only issue was that it came with only one person to deliver, causing my husband to have to help which he should not do due to back problems.

I have emailed twice about a missing draw knob for the chest of draws… and no response. It’s a shame because apart from that I was happy with them but now they clearly don’t look assembled as paid for

Am still waiting for this piece of furniture a week and a half after it was sent out for delivery. The courier has given me a delivery time 3 times which has then failed. When I contacted Roseland I was told they can only communicate with the courier via email and could give me no information. They said they couldn’t give me a delivery date and asked if I wanted to cancel the order! Pathetic customer service! I’ve only hung on because I want the piece of furniture but am literally about to ask for a refund. I have now been told I might get a delivery at the end of this week. If it doesn’t materialise I will ask for a refund. It’s no way to treat customers - basically act as if it’s too much trouble for your query to be investigated and just go straight to offering a refund.

I am very pleased with my purchase of a small sideboard from Roseland. The process of ordering and delivery of my item was really good. I was kept in touch at all times. My item was so well packaged and the quality of the sideboard was excellent for the cost. It is exactly as advertised. Well done Roseland. ⭐️

Made an order on 10th April 2022, item arrived on 30th April 2022. I had to make calls to enquire about delivery which went way over the 3 to 5 working day delivery. Had no communication with delivery people until the day of delivery. Sad to say that I will not be shopping with Roseland Furniture again as even communication from them was not good.

Not too happy with the level of customer care. Waiting delivery of garden furniture quoted as 5 days delivery. Nearly 3 weeks later and it is still not here. Cannot make contact with delivery contractor as telephone is not being answered.
