“Product is great, well built and as described. However the delivery was later than initially indicated and was left on my front door step overnight as I was away. Not sure how they can leave it there when no one was home, but they did anyway and lucky it didn’t rain.”

“What a nightmare! x 2 items from same range arrived-2 different shades of white- chest of drawers ok/tv unit more cream-they did not agree at first even with photos-they could not guarantee a new one would be the same shade as drawers! so had to buy another tv unit from elsewhere (different to what I wanted)-should have been picked up last Thursday-stayed in all day no one came am now awaiting new pick up date- Have to say the chest of drawers is of poor workmanship-easily scratches on painted part, just opening the drawers/small chips in that have been painted over! I would never buy furniture from this firm again”

“The service was not satisfactory, I kept getting updates which just said ‘item at depot’ it caused me stress and when I tried to get a refund.. the item eventually turned up. This was not a good experience for me I’m afraid - the product is nice but the service was bad”

“I came across this site by sheer chance and so pleased I did. The prices and availability were excellent plus the helpful and friendly staff were second to none. At such reasonable prices I expected the quality to be inferior but certainly wasn’t the case. Well done Roseland Furniture!”

“Goods arrived damaged, we were offered a £35 discount but meanwhile found the same goods at Dunelm just in a slightly wider size for a cheaper price. Disappointing really”

“Yet to receive the item, still waiting, 2 weeks in. 2 phone calls to Roseland Furniture, was informed i'll get a call back but didnt have one. They believe the item was initially lost somehow. My review would have been much better if i had a call back from the company. i understand mistakes happen but when they do i should be informed whats going on as they have my money but i dont have any goods. Meant to be 1-3 days delivery times. I'll update this review with what happens. Very disappointing so far.”

“Ordered and paid for a sofa on 10th April. Delivery was quoted as 3-5 days however still waiting ☹ Tracking shows me that the sofa arrived at the delivery depot on 20th April but no indication of when I will actually receive it. Very disappointing 👎”
