“Sadly the item that I ordered never arrived. Emailed twice. No response. Rang and helpful staff tried to sort. Turned out the item was lost. The order was sent again but never arrived - damaged by courier. Rang again item was placed on order but not due to arrive for another 7 days. So that would have taken me to a month after the initial order was placed. Cancelled it and got a refund. Disappointing experience all around.”

“Delspite ordering some 3 weeks ago to date we have not received our order. Your courier was given instructions on where to leave if not at home but this appears to have been ignored and a card left asking us to contact their office.”

“Purchased small telephone hall table.(Farrow).You have to assemble this one.Be careful not to over tighten Allen bolts .A crack appeared fortunately this cannot be seen.Just about worth the money.”

“Ordered 2 coffee tables, two weeks ago. Contacted Roseland Furniture to see where they were, who promised to look into it and come back to me. Never did. Very disappointed and now getting close to cancelling order”

“Great product and client service by Roseland but awful delivery by XPD as they failed to deliver on 2 occasions, their app did not work to track the parcel , and then they did eventually deliver they struggled to find us as there was no facility to leave directions for the driver.”

“I ordered a sideboard, which, once it arrived, was great. However, rather than the promised and advertised 1-3 days delivery time, it took 9 days to be delivered. Either stop advertising 1-3d, or get a different delivery company to do your deliveries would be my advice. Product itself faultless though.”

“Easy to navigate purchase on website, product ordered (garden corner sofa set) is of good quality, easily assembled, sturdy & looks great. Delivery was simple to organise with text notification & a web app log in, 4 hour time frame given. Only small niggle was the short notice on delivery & a lack of appreciation that working days are not simple to reorganise at drop of hat but that’s the courier not the furniture provider. All in I’d happily use again & recommend to others”
