“Supposed to delivered 2 to 3 days, not 11? quality of the items was very poor, made in Vietnam or thrown together would be a better description, no I wouldn't purchase again,I would rather pay extra and view what I am going to purchase, you should open a box and check its quality?”

“My hallway storage bench arrived promptly in a very well-packed state. The packaging was impressive and protected the piece of furniture from any possible damage. The bench is beautifully made and of excellent quality. I am delighted with my purchase, and the service I have received from Roseland Furniture.”

“Painfully slow service. Delivery company possibly more to blame but Roseland pick them and are then uncommunicative to questions around delays. 2 weeks to deliver on a 1-2 day delivery. No tracking information and boxes damaged on arrival”

Hello. I am very sorry for the delay. I can see that we have been chasing the courier for you but they are yet to respond with an update. I know that their offices were closed over the bank holiday but we should have had an update from them by now. I have sent an email to the courier area manager requesting an update for you. “Pleased with delivery, the two men took the two pieces of the wardrobe to my bedroom. Could see no reason why the wardrobe was not made up, some of the pieces did not align 100 per cent.”

Hello Peter White We are pleased you like your item, we do not make the wardrobes fully built due to a lot of them will not go around bends and awkward corners on stairs if they were. This is why we choose to have the top in panels. We also do not provide an assembly service I'm afraid. Kind regards Roseland

“A bought a circular patio table and four chairs. The delivery was exactly on time and the furniture is just what I expected and very good value compared to alternative sources. My only concern was that the box said there were 2 chairs and the driver told us to report a shortfall. However, when we opened the box there were the 4 chairs so everything was fine.”

“We needed a cupboard/chest of drawers for a small bedroom and Roseland had one. Appears to be beautifully made, drawers fit and slide well ( not always a feature of furniture) and the piece looks as good in reality as it did on the page. Arrived carefully protected and packed.”

“Our Malaga 6 Seat Deluxe Stacking 140cm Rattan Dining Set glass table top arrived with scratch marks. I emailed Roseland on 12/04/2022 highlighting this and requested a replacement. I have heard nothing so far. Photo of scratch attached. Yours sincerely Robert Hughes”
