“Our Malaga 6 Seat Deluxe Stacking 140cm Rattan Dining Set glass table top arrived with scratch marks. I emailed Roseland on 12/04/2022 highlighting this and requested a replacement. I have heard nothing so far. Photo of scratch attached. Yours sincerely Robert Hughes”

“Bought this for my disabled daughter. I was unaware that it was flat pack furniture and had to make a special journey to put it together ad her carer did not have the ability to do the job. Other than that it looked nice when it was put toy. Did it look like a £600 piece of furniture….well no.”

“We bought this oak bookcase for a room with similar oak furniture it was very modestly priced, so we were anxious it might badly made. It was a lovely light oak, very sturdy and well made . it was delivered to its final position by the delivery man who was very pleasant and helpful. Great value.”

“The people at Roseland furniture were professional and were very courteous when I contacted them always answering any questions I had. However their courier service were really bad informed me they would deliver on one day but never turned up ,and give no reason why would have been 5 star but for courier”

“Item itself was lovely but the delivery time was shocking. I appreciate we have to wait a little longer for things so after 4 weeks it was marked as dispatched but a week later it was still not delivered, so contacted them and like magic it turned up the next day, would have been 5 stars but for the delivery times”
