“Item itself was lovely but the delivery time was shocking. I appreciate we have to wait a little longer for things so after 4 weeks it was marked as dispatched but a week later it was still not delivered, so contacted them and like magic it turned up the next day, would have been 5 stars but for the delivery times”

“On receipt of our order the wardrobe was damaged, the damage had probably occurred in transit. Roseland were very apologetic and replaced the item without any fuss.”

“I would certainly recommend Roseland Furniture. I ordered the Roseland oak nest of 3 tables and the London Oak console table. Had to wait a while for stock to arrive and be delivered but this was made clear when ordering. Nest of tables is beautifully made. Solid oak, with a lovely finish. The console table arrived damaged - base of the drawers is so thin it had a hole torn in it. Contacted Roseland who could not have been more helpful and arranged a similar replacement which arrived within two days, with the damaged one collected by courier. Customer services were excellent and could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Would suggest changes in material to the drawer bases on these console tables. The new one is of the same material and they really do need strengthening, which spoils an otherwise beautifully crafted product.”

“Second time of receiving goods from Roseland. Quality is excellent. Would have given a five star review, reason for not doing so was furniture was ‘marked’ as dispatched when it was not. Also lack of good customer service. Spoke twice to an operative who really didn’t want to be bothered. A more positive and can do attitude would help in future.”

“At the moment even 1 star is too many. I placed and paid for my order on 20th Feb and still no goods. They are sitting with your delivery partner, status "in delivery depot" since 2nd Apr and I still have not been given a date despite several email chasers and promises from your staff that the delivery partner would get in touch to schedule a date? I will email again to cancel this order and request a refund and also report this fiasco to trading standards on Thursday if I do not get any satisfactory progress by the close of business on Wed 13th April. “The coffee tables are lovely and very good quality. The delivery took 10 days, with very little information when to expect it and only 3 hours notice was given before my order was delivered in a time slot between 7pm - 9pm. More information would be appreciated as its difficult to plan your life when you have no idea when to expect delivery, otherwise, furniture worth 5 stars.”

“Sorry to say but because of the carrier XPD and lack of delivering my bookcase I had to get my money back. So I won’t be using Roseland again because of this Very disappointed ☹️”

“I have given a very poor rating as, as of today Monday Ive still not seen it, it’s been stuck in the couriers depot for delivery very very bad after complaining twice already. Can’t answer any more of the questions,”

Hello Paige Steele, We apologise for the delay in your delivery, we are unable to find any communication via email about this. We have contacted the carrier to get his out for delivery. Our mainland courier does have to hand over to another courier to come across onto the Island. This may have caused some of the delays. Kind regards Roseland
