“Quality of the furniture was excellent but the delivery company were not. Didn't turn up on the first slot , first call to rose land and they didn't ring back second call sorted and item delivered.”

“Looks nice. Not convinced it's worth the £219....... thought it would be a bit more solid. Had to return the first one as it arrived damaged from the factory (wood chipped but still painted over). ready exchange within a few days...... second one damaged in transit but luckily just the back so kept it.”

“Good customer service from Roseland Furniture’s friendly team, however delivery service wasn’t so good, items arrived a day earlier than requested so we weren’t in when they arrived and they were left outside in the rain over night.”

“First delivery was of wrong item - disappointing. Happy with correct item, but only if I remember what I paid for it ! Quality of wood match throughout the phone table is poor. But the top of the table is good quality, and visitors will probably not notice mismatch with drawer and front laminate.”

“I am really happy with my purchase of my bookcase with being kept up to date with delivery times etc. However, the delivery was to my flat on the 3rd floor without a lift. The delivery person said he shouldn't have carried the bookcase up the three flights of stairs as it should have been left at the front door i.e. the main entrance to the building. He was not too happy and showed me the terms and conditions. I may have missed these terms and conditions on the order but was quite embarrassed that he had to do this. I remember being given options about 2 man delivery etc but did not choose this. Just thought I would comment on this as maybe it should be made clearer at the time of order. Thanks Lorraine”

“Received our order quickly. It was well packaged and already assembled. It wasn’t clear when it was going to arrive, luckily someone was home to take the delivery but more communication between the courier and customer is needed. Would definitely use Roseland furniture again.”

“Absolutely delighted with how easy the website was to browse, great range of products. Prices also excellent and I loved that the furniture comes prebuilt! The furniture is really lovely as well - delighted. (one item had a tiny bit of damage - but this was pre packing as they items were wrapping really, really well) and Roseland were lovely at sorting & advising on this, Delivery is really fast (just not as advertised when ordered) & delivery guy was great at bringing items into the correct room. Only downside is the lack of information on the actual delivery - big heads up the date shown - may not be when your items arrive (it is still really quick!) - and staff cannot confirm when it will be delivered. Due to a bit of faff and a day off work when nothing came - I knocked one star off. But I would highly, highly recommend Roseland.”

“The unit was exactly as I expected and does the job it is designed for very well. The delivery updates were good from Roseland and the delivery very prompt. The delivery firm did not update us so the delivery came without prior warning but fortunately we were in. Many thanks Roseland”

“On the whole very pleased with the table and it looks great in the hallway. Couple of small gripes, there was a very small chip on one of the back legs but as it faced against the wall it’s not a problem for me. There was also a slight wobble but fixed that by putting small felt pad on one leg. I did not contact Rosedale to discuss.”
