“The furniture came very quickly indeed and was good quality. Not sure we were told of delivery date but that may have been down to the logistical partner and fortunately I was WFH.”

“Excellent purchasing and delivery experience. A couple of minor issues with the item itself (packaging very damp on delivery, a piece of fabric attached to the item that shouldn't have been there, some minor scratches and marks on the underside of the item), but no major issues. I have ordered from Roseland Furniture in the past and would do so again.”

“Lovely sideboard , coffee table & tv cabinet set , unfortunately during delivery one piece got damaged and I recieved money off, very quick delivery and fantastic customer service .One of the best I've dealt with.”

“The service was excellent and the table unit good value for money. Two issues which could be improved: The lining up of holes for assembling could be better And the wood markings could be better shown in photos as we almost sent back because of that but managed to turn and face different direction. Will buy from Roseland again”

“Very pleased with our Alba Oak TV stand. Would have given 5 stars, but for two things: one of the holes for the shelf supports was too large and not quite in the right place (easy enough to drill a new hole, but ...), and there's no indication of the maximum recommended weight or TV size.”

“Felt very strange not actually speaking to anyone to take my order ,had email confirmation of goods but would have liked delivery confirmed at same time. However, all was good and delivered in a week. Excellent service. Thank you.”

“I was really really shocked to see it came from Vietnam. I’d like to know how sustainably it is produced and what fair pay schemes you operate and how you are looking at net zero carbon emissions. The bookcase itself is sturdy and nicely made. Metal wall fixings would be better than plastic. The shelf spacing doesn’t allow for large books and the depth is narrower than I thought so doesn’t fit most books.”

“The company rates 1st class to me from start ie:- found on line, ordered on, phoned to check I got it right, the order was out of stock, but I was in the loop right to the end which Was in my dining room. The truth I cannot say a bigger thank you “YOUR THE BEST” have a great Christmas to you and yours”

“Generally I am very pleased with the product. I wanted something small and this fits the bill. It appears well made and is good quality for the price. However I was concerned about the knobs which could not be fitted without damage to the unit itself. It seemed easiest to buy replacements which I did. However it does detract from my overall satisfaction somewhat.”

“Excellent company and furniture. I did have an issue where one of the items I ordered didn’t arrive. However, on phoning up I was treated very courteously on both occasions and was offered a new item which was ordered there and then on the phone.It arrived the next day! That’s what I call good customer service. Thank you.”

“Really pleased with my bookcase with baskets .just what I wanted for my conservatory. I was amazed how fast it arrived, ordered Thursday pm arrived Saturday pm. Great service Thank you will use again”
