“Delighted with the toy box. It fits perfectly in the space and is beautifully made. The lid is just right for little hands and fingers. Very prompt delivery and well packaged.”

“The delivery system was fine but might not have been! On the day of delivery at 7am we had an email from the couriers saying despite what Roseland said it not been dispatched and then at 9am a message to say it would be there between 9am at 10am! Luckily I was WFH so it was not an issue but it could have been.”

“Have used Roseland furniture many times for my oak furniture, the quality is great and the service and delivery second to none. Latest addition was the Surrey TV unit, delivery was unbelievably quick and the unit sits proud in my lounge.”

“Furniture arrived quickly and was packaged well which was a good thing however I feel I’d be happier if the furniture had better quality checks before it’s sold. They look great from a far not so much up close, I’d expect a better finish and more attention to detail for this price. It’s too much hassle to re pack and return so I will settle however I will most likely not order again due to the lack of attention to detail. Customer service was very friendly, delivery was quick and courier was helpful, happy with the company but not so much the quality of the product.”

“Communication is poor. The order was placed, but not confirmed for 2 days. No advice as to when delivery would be made when the order was confirmed. Advised that the delivery company would be in touch. Received an email from the delivery company just before 8 in the morning to say they were delivering that day, so no opportunity to arrange for someone to be home. Communication needs improvement!”

“We have recently made two purchases. The first, a blanket box to be used as a toy box, and the second a Farrow Green Large Sideboard. Both items are excellent products and brilliant value for money. We were particularly impressed with the way in which your office dealt with the product which was discovered to be damaged on delivery. The replacement item was sent almost by return. Thank you for excellent service and super products.”
